Best experience!! - This experience was the absolute highlight of our trip! It was perfect with our 8 and 7 year olds. The villa on the hillside was such a beautiful site. Angie, Pizzaino, and Tomas were the perfect hosts!!

Excellent experience! - The pizza and gelato cooking class hosted by Stefano was a real highlight of our recent Italy trip.
We're a family of 3 with a 13 yr old we all loved it!
The pizza was so tasty and we picked up loads of great tips for recreating it at home.
The wine flowed freely and we felt very well looked after.
Don't hesitate to book this class if you visit Florence!

Wonderful class experience. - Absolutely wonderful class. With their guidance, I think I made the best pizza I ever had. A fun class with engaging teachers. I also now know how to tell a really good aurhenric gelato place from one that may use not so good ingredients. Also I can tell when a place has fresh Gelato vs refrigerated and recycled Gelato. As well as how to make my own.

Fun evening learning to make pizza and gelato - Very fun and informative class. Jon did a great job explaining all aspects of making pizza and how we could adept it at home. We made the perfect dough and loaded it with our preferred toppings and Jon and staff baked them for us. We also were taught the basics of making gelato. Fun activity for an evening in Florence. Appreciate the recipes being sent to us as well. Worth the price.

Fun in Florence - Our instructor, Alice, made it a very enjoyable and entertaining experience. The other family was a great addition to the evening. Not sure i will ever make pizza or gelato, but had so much fun learning how.
