Pyramid show in color - Another way to appreciate the pyramids at night. Besides a nice dinner on a rooftop, the light show with the sunset was a beautiful night out. The beauty of the pyramids at night and illuminate are breathtaking. The restaurant was not crowded which gave us perfect view for photos and videos.

Sound and light show with Dinner with Pyramids view Roof Top Restaurant- GREAT VIEW!!!! - Great experience!!!! Fero and Yusuf were just great! The show lasted long enough, and the dinner was delicious. We highly recommend this when you are in Cairo!!

Wonderful tour - The tour guide and my escort there and back. It was my birthday and he made it awesome. The show was very nice. The food was great. 5 Star

Nice light show but not tour guide - This light show was worth seeing but I wouldn’t do it with this tour guide. We received a message on the day, late morning, to move up the pick up time from 6:30pm to 5:30pm, however in the moment the driver and guide were 30mn late ! To catch up our delay, the driver drove like a mad man to the Pyramids and we still arrived 5 min late fir the show. Our guide wasn't much interested, except in pushing for us to spend money in shops after the show. Once at the restaurant, no drinks proposed (e.g.soda, juice ). Only one course which was dry and not that tasty. The houmous was quite spicy, not for every body, and the waiter wasn't very inclined in giving us more houmous to enable us to eat the dry meat. The light show was, however, very much worthwhile even if you barely hear anything of the story. To see the Pyramids and the Sphinx highlighted in different colours is lovely. After the show, we were pushed by our guide to leave swiftly as timing is important. The drive back was less crazy but not smooth or relaxing To summarise, other then the light show, the rest is not worth it ! Go there on your own and choose well the restaurant !

Finally good, all good - Although the beginning of my experience with this office was not the best, the course left me completely satisfied. There was a misunderstanding at our appointment at my hotel, so me and the representative waited for each other without meeting since he didn't have any sign or other sign to let me know he was on time.. But with a phone call it was quickly restored misunderstanding. The activity I chose was "sound and light". The car we went to the pyramids clean, air conditioned, Rahid the driver and my guide Horam kind and smiling. We made it and were on time for the activity which was unique. Equally good is my return to the hotel. I think the meeting part of the office representative with the customer should be improved. Overall a good experience.

We were picked up at our... - We were picked up at our hotel for a private tour with us as a couple, tour guide, and driver. Didn't take long to get there. The restaurant was modest with a rooftop view. The food was fine and there was a nice breeze. The problem was the audio projecting to restaurant. For the most part it was inaudible. You can hear sounds of the city which are louder than the story being told . The color of the pyramids is enhanced by the camera lens. You can do the same tour on the ground in front of the monuments but you have to carry your own snacks.

Terrible service, yet rewarding to see the pyramids! - Positive: - Be ready to be amazed by the majesty of the Pyramids of Giza Negative: - The light show is extremely brief and sporatic; meaning the lights flood the pyramids for about 5 seconds a few times. By the time you get your camera, the lights are off. - You cannot hear the show; because the light show is actually for a separate lcoation on the ground and the sound does not travel well to the rooftop where you are. - It is COLD at night. No matter what season you go there, dress warm! We were there in Late March. I had jeans, long sleeve top, sweater, and a scarf. But, it was quite windy and very chillly. Ask for a heater! We found out they had heaters near the end of the program! - There are 3 fligths of stairs to take to get to the rooftop and no elevators. - The food is ordiary and is served literally cold. You'd think they would cover the plates as they bring it out so the food would stay semi-warm but NO! Terrible: - Viator tour guide was supposed to pick us up at 5:30 pm. He showed up at 7 pm! And, started giving us excuses! So, for 1.5 hours we were waiting in the hotel lobby not knowing what was going on! Terrible service. Was it worth it? Seeing the pyramids was extremely rewarding. I only wish we had better experience with the tour and the restaurant.

Don't waste your precious time in Cairo - Description is inaccurate. You will watch the sound and light show from a rooftop a short distance away from the show. There is no included admission ticket as listed in description. You will not be able to hear the show or see some portions of the light show. The light show itself is not very good. A very average dinner was served during the show. Our tour guide was late meeting us and no one from company would answer phone calls. We did not have phone service so had to have a tour guide from our previous tour make numerous phone calls with no answer. There was no complimentary water or snacks as listed in description. Tour guide was very inexperienced and had us walking many blocks IN the streets to find the van. He was very personable and was able to procure free soft drinks for us as they are not included with the dinner.

Cancelled 1 hour before - We’ve booked 23 different tours on our 3 week holiday here in Egypt, only 3 tours we have booked we have had problems with and every single one has been managed by emo tours- they do not care at all about the customers - every tour I have booked with them I have been met with problem after problem . For this tour we had not heard anything all day so I sent a message clarifying our trip only to be told that it was cancelled, they didn’t think to even message us to tell us it was cancelled and when we asked for a refund they basically said it’s not our problem and diverted us to another site to get a refund. We had planned our whole day around this and had just finished getting ready when they replied, looked like they weren’t even gonna tell us. They didn’t make any attempt to apologise and completely didn’t care at all. The last few times we had to deal with rude operators and no show tour guides/late/ in the wrong location. The other tour guides in other companies in Egypt have been lovely but this one has been nothing but a complete pain.

Very noisy at the place we when we watching - The guide is very good and she’s very knowledge and a driver too but the place is very noisy we cannot hear anything and they did not respect the visitors we ask them to Stubbs a noise to be able to listen but there is no respect this is only thing but the guide and the driver so good They came on time so nice it’s only the place it’s not that good it has a nice view nice food but the noise is very Bad
