Greve in Chianti - CHIANTI CLASSICO WINE CELLAR / You will start your day in the hills of Greve in Chianti to explore the Chianti Classico wine area. You will visit a wine producer to discover the aromas of the barrel room and the quiet of the historic wine cellar. After, you will proceed with a guided tasting of local Chianti Classico wines.

Greve in Chianti - LUNCH / You will have a guided visit of a historic cellar in a medieval castle and then lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Chianti Classico wine area.

Greve in Chianti - CHIANTI CLASSICO WINE CELLAR / You will be able to enjoy the second vineyard and explore its historic and experimental vineyards, the vinification and historic cellars and the Vinsantaia.

Your journey will commence directly from your accommodation, as you step into a privately hired, air-conditioned vehicle with a professional chauffeur. You will embark on a visit to a historic wine cellar, where you will explore the bouquet of the barrel room and the tranquility of the cellars, all while savoring different editions of the local Chianti Classico wines.
Next, you will be greeted in a 15th-century castle that still manufactures the Chianti Classico wine. Here, you will tour the historic cellar, Appassitoio, and Vinsantaia, and partake in a comprehensive lunch accompanied by locally crafted wines.
As the tour winds down, our chauffeur will escort you to a medieval borgo housing yet another historic winery on your itinerary for the day. This includes a visit to the winery, the Historic and Experimental vineyard, rounding off in the Vinsantaia. You’ll finish with a tasting of variously aged wines.
Note, if you choose the SELF DRIVE OPTION, you must travel in your OWN vehicle. NO TRANSFER is included. It is NOT feasible to do the tour using public transportation.
