Bundala National Park - You will be entering the Bundala Biosphere Reserve to feast your eyes on over a hundred common, rare and endangered migratory birds that make their temporary homes. Make sure to bring your cameras and binoculars because you will also get to see a number of colorful butterfly species, various mammals, amphibians and more. The rich ecosystem of the swampy marshes will open up a whole new world for you to see and learn about.
You will be traveling in a multi-terrain (4WD) game vehicle. The safari takes serious consideration of your safety and therefore, with regards to the wild elephants and other larger wildlife, and while the vehicle may stop at intervals, it is strongly advised that you do not descend from your jeep for safety purposes (especially when coming upon lone elephants or large herds, which may get aggressive when disturbed). You are also asked to follow the advice of your safari guide at all. times during the safari.

Delightful drive across beautigul terrain. - Well organised drive with knowledgeable guide. Saw lots & had a fantastic experience. Thank you.
Clear comms & pick up from & drop off to cruise port. Only negative was we had agreed to share a driver, but they had given the other couple a different pick up time. Was only 30 mins, so once they arrived, off we went for this great trip.

Fun trip to Bundala National Park - Booked 3hr jeep safari trip via viator, with loc rep Lakpura LLC.
Communication with both Viator and Lakpura was very efficient.
Similar our driver was waiting for us at the Port. Good safe driver and he was very knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw, particularly the names of the numerous birds we saw.
A good, fun trip. Would recommend.
