Fabulous personalized wine tour! - This was a fabulous tour and Alex was great! He was very patient and very accommodating to our requests. We told him that we are big on food and he went above and beyond to make sure that our bellies are full as we sample the finest Rioja wine! He is also very warm and full of wonderful stories.

A great day - Def go with Alex!! He was great. We had a full day and the vineyards he chose were awesome. We had lunch at a wonderful place, and two other stops to walk around and for photo ops. Such a good value and terrific experience.

Amazing! - Alex was our guide for a vineyard tour in the Rioja region. We were the worst possible guests ever - not only were we 30 mins + late for the meet up, our friend was horribly ill with the stomach flu which left one side of Alex’s car in a mess. He couldn’t have been any more gracious… he picked us up with a smile, he thanked us for not making the mess INSIDE the car and he made sure our friend was comfortable for the rest of the trip. We aren’t exxagerating when we say this - Alex made our trip in San Sebastián. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for guided tours in the region. He is funny, knowledgeable, and has awesome taste in music which we continue to listen to today. This review is long overdue (we really are the worst guests) - but if and when we do return to San Sebastián, we will most definitely pick Alex to explore the region with!

As brilliant a trip as you could wish for - This trip is just as fantastic as all of the other reviews say. A wonderful day being driven by Alex to 4 different wineries in Rioja. He chooses the most beautiful places to visit and is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with the wine and the area in general. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Amazing day trip to the wineries of La Rioja Alavesa - An amazing day with San Sebastian Trips! The excursion had all of the things a great wine tour should have. The drive is beautiful, the cellars are excellent and the wine was great. Our guide Alex was organized and knowledgeable about the area while keeping the tour fun and relaxing.

Lovely day in Rioja Alavesa - We really enjoyed this day. We visited a charming winery and were driven by Alex to several spots in the countryside which were fantastic, specially a little romanic church in the middle of nowhere. We also had the chance of visiting a few medieval towns full of history. Really worthy.

Fantastic trip to the Rioja - Fantastic trip to the Rioja Alavesa. We were seeing the Marques de Riscal winery which is beautiful and eating lamb chops in the traditional way of the area at the "El Pimiento" a grill located in Tirgo village.What a wonder !! Fully recommended !!!
