Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral - Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, built in the late 1880s by French colonists, is one of the few remaining strongholds of Catholicism in the largely Buddhist Vietnam. Located in Paris Square, the name Notre Dame was given after the installation of the statue
Peaceful Notre Dame in 1959. In 1962, the Vatican conferred the Cathedral status as a basilica and gave it the official name of Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica. Measuring almost 60 metres in height, the cathedral’s distinctive neo-Romanesque features include the all-red brick façade (which were imported from Marseille), stained glass windows, two bell towers containing six bronze bells that still ring to this day, and a peaceful garden setting in the middle of downtown Ho Chi Minh City District 1.

Great guide and tour - Today we did the Ho Chi Minh City with Dorothy. We had a great time and Dorothy made it fun and interesting. She gave us a great list of places we could visit and tailored the tour to what we wanted to see. Unfortunately, we were on a cruise ship time-frame and there were so many things we didn't have time to see. We'd love to go back and have Dorothy show us more of the city.

Exceptional and memorable - Our guide ,Sunny, was absolutely the greatest! Besides being knowledgeable and answering all our questions, she became like a part of our family! She made our trip to Ho Chi Min city truly memorable.

Best of the best! - Me and my wife loved every second of this tour. Our guide Dorothy was very kind, professional and helpfull to meke us have a great day. I recommend this tour if you are in a one day Cruise in Phu My Port. It is the best way to go to Saigon and know so many places. And the private tour allow you to do this with best comfort and flexibility. It was a very happy day!

Great tour guide for Ho Chi Minh City - Thy aka Dorothy was a great guide through Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Here English was great and she had great knowledge of the city and sights. She took us to a great Phǒ restaurant for lunch and made sure that my wife was able to visit all of the markets.
