Driver was reckless and i hurt my back from this ride - The bus ride took 8 hours to get to Sapa. When we got picked up initially we were shuffled around and they got confused who had to go in which sleeper bus. When we finally got in the sleeper bus the driver was driving erratically. He was tailgating every car and driving in zig zags. It felt like he was inebriated or impaired because we were all over the road. The drive up the mountain side was even worse. It felt like the bus was going to break down and we were getting moved side to side since he was driving again in zigzags along narrow roads. The seat I as in didn’t sit up and I could not get comfortable and my back aches for days now since the ride. Take a limousine bus instead. I’ve taken a sleeper bus before and it as fine then but this experience was awful.
