  Our culinary adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from the Old Quarter of Hanoi (or the Hanoi Opera House). You’ll be escorted to a bustling local market, where our expert guide will introduce you to the essential ingredients that make Vietnamese food unique.
  Once you’ve gathered insights at the market, it’s time to don your apron and dive into the cooking experience!
  Our class equips you with all the guidance and tools necessary to prepare 4 quintessential Vietnamese dishes. While we may not be a formal culinary school, our kitchen serves as a vibrant cultural exchange where the joys of Vietnamese travel and gastronomy come alive through the art of cooking.
  After the cooking session, we’ll gather to savor the dishes you’ve created.
  Within a day following the class, we’ll email you a recipe book so you can continue to hone your Vietnamese cooking skills at home.
