- National Monument (MONAS) - Visit the National Monument a Landmark of Jakarta 132 Meters tall symbolizing the nation’s independence. The monument’s basement houses an exhibit of 48 dioramas depicting the history of Indonesia. Enter the independence room to see the proclamation gate, Garuda as the National emblem, and the gold-plated Indonesian map. Note: National Monument closed on Monday
- Jakarta Cathedral - Located in Jalan Lapangan Banteng Utara, The Cathedral built in gothic style dates back to 1891. It has a high tower with high windows decorated with glass paintings. Inside the church are 3 altars that together form a semi-circle. It also has a beautiful old altar that reflects sound like a conch shell.
- Istiqlal Mosque - Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta, Indonesia is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and the sixth largest mosque in the world in terms of worshipper capacity. Istiqlal, which means “Independence” in Arabic. Located in the city center, almost opposite the National Cathedral, the Mosque is also meant to be a symbol of peace and religious tolerance. (Istiqlal Mosque is closed every Friday, you can see from the outside only)
- Glodok Chinatown - We will pass & explore the traditional wet market and see the local community do their business and activity. You can try some authentic Indonesian snacks and Tropical fruits.
- Dharma Bhakti Temple - Seeing the Confucian Community in the Dharma Bhakti Temple is the oldest Confucianism temple in Jakarta which until now was still active and has become a center of worship, religious ceremonies and Chinese traditions.
- Jakarta Old Town - Formerly this area was the center of Dutch colonial government. There is a canal with a building background with Dutch architecture, therefore this area is known as little Amsterdam.
- Makutharama Puppet Studio - Meet puppet masters, learn about puppet making from Indonesia, how to play, and see wayang collections from various regions in Indonesia.
- Sunda Kelapa Harbour - To close the trip today, we will visit the oldest port in Jakarta, the port that witnessed the heyday of the Netherlands when it controlled the entire spice trade in Indonesia. Until now, the port is still operating for Domestic Shipping with Traditional Phinisi wooden Boats that are neatly arranged and anchored in the Port.

Please note: On Mondays, the National Monument and Jakarta History Museum are closed, so we will adjust the itinerary to include other attractions in Jakarta. The Istiqlal Mosque is closed on Fridays, but the outside area remains accessible.
