A very interesting old ship to visit - Cutty Sark is a very interesting old ship. It's great to be able to go onboard and see how the crew lived when the ship was on the high seas. Definitely worth a visit.

Cutty Sark Experience - Excellent attraction slow 1-2hours so much to see touch and do. There’s 4 levels all with various intersections facts about its history and timeline. There’s plenty of interesting things to do for the children. A small cafe and gift shop as you come out. Don’t buy your tickets through trip advisor we paid £72 for 2 adults and 2 children through this site and it was £20 per adult and £10 per child on the door so much better value for money

Cutty Sark Tour - Walking through history in a very well preserved ship. Of our encounters with the staff , we found them to be very knowledgeable and they were clearly interested in the subject matter of their jobs.

I found this surprisingly accessible! - I am a person in a wheelchair and while I'm not a boat person, I like the romance of old, masted ships. I've never gotten into ships and maritime museums because I've never been able to get onto and through ship tours. It's always been dock level and the rest is by stairs or I can't even get onto the ship. Imagine my surprise to find the "Cutty Sark" FULLY wheelchair accessible. The entrance leads into a large, spacious gift shop. The decks are laid out in wide paths and one hold entry-point has been fitted with an elevator that stops on every deck. The entry into a crews quarters on the top deck wasn't accessible but other quarters had windows to look into. I've never been on the top deck of a ship before and even to my seasick, landlubber's heart, it was exhilarating, although the masts and rigging made me dizzy. The staff were great and open and helpful. I found the historic info and pictures easily readable. I recommend this to any one who has a ship fanatic in a wheelchair.

Great experience but overpriced - The entrance ticket price is far too expensive, £25 per adult is way over the top. Was good to see the deck of the cutty sark and pleased it's restored after the fire. The cafe isn't very good as my cake was stale and tea was odd flavour.

Interesting, But Not Quite Worth the Full Price. - It was interesting to look around the Cutty Sark, however going round the ship doesn't quite justify the hefty £20 per person entrance price. We got this twinned with going to the Royal Observatory (£30, free for Blue Light Card holders), which is a much better deal. There isn't much history wise on board, it goes over the life of the Cutty Sark, however it's rather brief.

A museum ship - The Cutty Sark is a museum ship. We could go to two floors and top but I was a little disappointed that more of the interior was not visible. We were able to do this visit in an hour so it felt a bit expensive. Tickets can be bought on arrival.
