Thrilling - The staff was amazing. There were 8 zip lines on the tour and they were a thrill. I would definitely come back. Bring a container for water because you will need it. Lots of walking up stairs. My 9 year old joined me and he loved it as well. Staff made him feel safe.

Great service in Riu Palace Baja California! - My wife and I stayed at the Riu Palace Baja California. We had a great experience working with Sebastian. He was very earnest and helpful. He made it easy to book excursions and transportation. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. He was honest and committed to helping you have the best vacation that works for you. We look forward to coming back and utilizing their services again!

A definite if zip lining is your thing... - The zip lining was excellent. Daniel and Pedro were exceptional. Very personable and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone. Ours was intimate (only 4 guests) because of the current situation in the world, which made it fun. But it was HOT.

Exhilarating fun with the best people! - I highly recommend doing this tour! The bus was air conditioned and picked us right up from our hotel. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the venue had a wide array of other activities. We stuck to our plans to do the ziplines and had so much fun. There was around ~8 different ziplines and each had their own challenge. Some you could do by yourself and other you'd have to do in tandem. Regardless if you've ziplined before or haven't, this experience will be worth every penny.
Special shoutout to our guides, David and Pablo. They made us feel extremely welcome and made it super easy to have fun while doing the ziplines. I should note that we always felt safe! Those two are very knowledgable and gave us great tips during the whole trip. By the end of the tour, we felt accomplished and were pumped with adrenaline. We would definitely visit again to see the best guides in town. Thank you David and Pablo!

Lots of long zip lines - This was great fun. You’ll have to pay an additional $15/person fee for the land use. It can be paid in cash or credit card. Slowest check in on the planet but worth the wait. There’s a fee to take your camera with you but only allow action camera like go pro. They also have them to rent. It’s best to go with a friend as many of the zip lines require the weight of two or more tandem riders to cross at adequate speeds. These were some very long zip lines across the canyon. Back and forth you go. The best is saved for last. There is about 1.5 miles of steep stairs to hike at 6 different times. They drive you a couple of times. There are 8 zip lines. The system they have for braking is great and the guides were fantastic and all bi-lingual. They provide a bottle of water that they’ll hook on to you and provide water at each station to refill it. They’ll take photos of you throughout which are for sale at the end. No pressure when we didn’t buy. There great zip lines. I recommend.

Great zipline fun!! - Great zipline experience! Whole family with two teen boys had a blast. Expert rope handlers that made experience super fun. Keep in mind there are quite a few steps (nicely paved steps) between each line, with 8 lines total. Amazing breathtaking views on each ride. And it's great they offer pick up shuttle rides to & from hotel.

The zip lining was more than what we... -
The zip lining was more than what we were expecting. The zipping across the lines were great but the climbing of the mountains was hard. If you are not use to climbing or hiking steep areas than you will run out of breath. The climbing was challenging. The staff was very friendly and experienced.

That is me the guy on the line in... -
That is me the guy on the line in this ad for the zipline Canopy Tour. I had done it previously and on a return trip decided to do it again with a group of friends. We all selected this tour and somehow only one of us was booked with this company, everyone else was booked with another company. After quite a back and forth with the company and discussions with Viator for nearly an hour we were allowed to zip, and once again it was a blast! I would have given it five stars again, however, we had to deal with the mix-up in the beginning. I will not be ziplining in Cabo any more though.

Monster Zip Line is a highlight... but info is lacking. - This review is for the Monster Zip Line Tour at Wild Canyon about 30-35 minutes outside Cabo San Lucas. I mention these details because I never saw this in any other descriptions or information and that is probably they main thing lacking in booking this tour. It is called "Los Cabos Canopy Tour" but at the venue it is called "Monster Zip Line". It is 8 zip lines of varying speeds and lengths across several canyons. Some are tandem. Some are solo. If you have an odd number of people in your group this may be an issue. There are some moderate but very short hikes between some of the lines. Some of the less fit in our group struggled a bit, but all made it and completed every line. Finally, if you end up weighing over 260 pounds (including the roughly 18 pounds of gear), you are not allowed to do the final zip line... which was the fastest and most fun. Two people in our group were not able to do this last one which was a disappointment.
The highlight is the zip lines and the people working them. They are professional and friendly, speak very good English, are very clear with their instructions from start to finish... at no point do you feel unsafe or unsure of what to do. While I am not sure it is worth $110 per person... I still left a generous tip for the crew because they were absolutely fantastic. They are why it works.
The rest of the experience is a bit unorganized in my opinion. Contact in setting up the tour through Viator and Gray Line was spotty. They called several times to up-sell me to additional adventures... but when I tried to reach out for specific details on my tour I had issues getting them. And when I did they were inconsistent. This caused issues with our shuttle pickup that had us waiting at one spot and our shuttle waiting at another about a quarter mile away. There were several other pickups and the shuttle became very small and cramped with no AC. The ride is only 30-35 minutes, but the last 10-15 minutes is a rough, windy dirt road, so if you get car sick... sit by the window. The check-in process and getting the shuttle back were also a bit disorganized... so it requires patience and paying attention. Hope this helps... information is key. Overall, really glad I did it once... not sure I would do it again.
