Bocale represents the skilled craft of wine creation, honouring the land, the environment, and generations of inhabitants. The company initiated its shift to organic cultivation in 2020. They avoid the usage of herbicides in their vineyards, and employ grass within rows to minimize mechanical operations, erosion, and runoff. The vineyard leverages the green manure technique, typically using favino, and restores soil fertility through organic and mineral fertilizers, without chemical intervention. Only indigenous yeasts are utilized in the cellar, with the exclusion of microfiltration and stabilization processes. The wine thus made epitomizes traditional methods, maintaining environmental cycles and appreciating the natural characteristics of the region. Spread across 10 hectares, the vineyard takes up 6 hectares with an average yearly output of 35,000 bottles.
