Day trip to Amalfi Coast - We were all looking forward to our day on the Amalfi Coast , a highlight of the trip for us. We met Mario our driver at the cruise ship terminal. He was so friendly from the off and he spoke excellent English. There was 8 of us 6 from Australia and 2 from Ireland. Mario was hilarious , we were singing at 8.30am on the way. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out all the places of interest. We stopped at several places along the coast. He stopped especially to allow me to visit a Hotel we stayed at in 2008 it held wonderful memories for me. Mario was able to avoid the big crowds, he knew everything about the area. We stopped for lunch in Ravello a gorgeous village in a restaurant called La Pietro , with beautiful ceramic tables overlooking the coast it was magical. The food and lemoncello were amazing a wonderful Italian experience. We had a fantastic day cant recommend Mario enough it was a one of the best experiences of our cruise.

Great day in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - Luigi was a great tour guide and was very informative. When we arrived in Naples the port was so crowded as three ships had arrived but Luigi was great and managed to find us. We really enjoyed the day visiting the 3 cities and learning about the history of the area. Francesco was also a great driver.

Outstanding Tour & Driving Experience 5/5!!!! MUST DO - Was a phenomenal experience today with Luigi and Alfredo! We learned so much with Luigi’s amazing knowledge on every place we drove by, keeping us entertained and interested with all aspects of life in Italy. Alfredo’s driving was outstanding, we admire him very much in having the courage to drive the roads we did today! We felt extremely safe in both of their hands, which is very important to us. Couldn’t recommend the both of them enough. Thank you both for an incredible experience, you truly made our trip.

A very enjoyable day trip - We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide Mio was professional and very helpful. She provided essential description for each site and made the tour enjoyable. She allowed plenty of time and photo opportunities. The driver was very skilful and professional. We would highly recommend this tour.

Not nearly enough time - There was not nearly enough time to see everything on this itinerary. Our tour skipped both Positano and Ravello, and only spent an hour in Amalfi. We didn't even have time for a proper lunch in Amalfi. I understand traffic can be unpredictable but this ended up being a complete waste of time and money. We sat in the car for 5 hours just to spend 1 hour in Amalfi and then drive 1.5 hours back to Naples.

The day was one to forget, except it cost us... - Very little, we spent most of the day sitting in a small bus on a hot day with air conditioning turned off. Only half an hour in Positano and missed Ravello altogether. Guide was very inexperienced, and driver on his first trip, so were ill equipped to deal with the traffic and other issues along the way. Complete waste of money!
