The arrival at the location is at 10,
we introduce ourselves,if organized earlier we go to visit the pasta factory,
then we start the cooking cass,knead the pizza and fresh pasta and each participiant will make his own product.
We will explain in detail all the procedures for kneading pizza and pasta
We will cook everything together and taste all that prepared, included at lunch there is also water.
If you contact us a few days before we can choose things to do together,not just pasta and pizza but we can make some typical Neapolitan cake, we can organize a visit to see the production of mozzarella
After lunch we distribute the recipes,take a picture all together and we will say goodbye

Hello everyone! Alfonso, an aspiring chef from the Amalfi Coast, now operates his newfound venue ‘CASA SCARICA’, where he conducts cooking classes and serves dinner at a home-style restaurant. The meals prepared here are created using locally sourced ingredients, some even freshly picked from our garden, such as tomatoes and lemons. We strive to instil in our patrons a depth of appreciation for our love of food and regional delicacies!
In our classes, you’ll learn the art of crafting genuine Italian handmade pasta, using seasonal products sourced locally. Under my guidance, we’ll prepare and enjoy three traditional dishes together: homemade pizza, fresh pasta with tomatoes and basil, and a dessert. You’ll be gifted the recipes for all three types of pasta at the end.
Supplementary to the cooking class, we can also arrange a guided visit to a local, craftsman pasta factory to witness the process of pasta manufacturing.
