Fresh made pasta experience - This class was amazing! It started with a detailed introduction made by our chef which continued to preparing a dough. Then we had pur appetizer which was a bruschetta with tomatoes and garlic olive oil. It continued to final step which was preparing fettucine and ravioli. The chef was guiding us the whole time and helping if we had some issues. After we were done with making it, they took it to the kitchen to prepare it. We had our drinks and our own pasta. Pasta was delicious and the portions were really big enough to get full. At the end, we got our diplomas with the QR code to the recipe and a nice chat with the chef.

We made pasta and ravioli! Who’d of thunk it… - Chef Amos was great, personable, very patient, and helpful. He made the experience wonderful. We will totally be able to make pasta and ravioli ourselves at home now! It was a fun two hours in an interesting location. I was also glad our leftover pasta was going to a good cause as it’s donated to local community resources for distribution. There was no way we could’ve eaten it all ourselves.

I can stop buying pasta! - Perfectly successful cooking lesson. Amos (the Master-chef) showed us how to prepare Fettuccine and Ravioli with a capital F and R. All this seasoned with zeppole and bruschetta offered and obviously the delicious fettuccine (made by us) with butter and sage and the ravioli (also ours) with sauce and San Marzano cherry tomatoes. A unique experience to try even for those less skilled in the trade. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience That You Shouldn’t Miss Out On - The class was a ton of fun. The experience was something I would definitely do again. Anthony was a great teacher and was very kind. He helped us get things figured out when we were starting to do the wrong thing. The conversation and laughter we had during the entire class made it even more enjoyable. Yeah, it may have not been the pizza class, but the pasta and ravioli class is the way to go. Highly recommend this class.

The best hands on experience in Naples - This was the highlight of our trip to Naples. Anthony was an amazing teacher and made pasta and ravioli making so much fun. The setting and conversation we had during the class made it feel like we were part of the family. Yes, the pizza making class I’m sure was amazing, but the ravioli and pasta class was one of the best experiences I have had in Italy. Highly recommend this class if you are in Naples and want an authentic feel.
