We had the impression that we were making an 8-hour reservation to use the kayaks rather freely, but on arrival we were told we couldn’t use beyond the planned course. It only took us 2.5 hours at a fairly leisurely pace, and we could not get refunded for the difference. The website is a bit misleading, if it had that information on there we would have never made a full day reservation.
