Mr. Huzeifa was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, recommending the best hotels and itineraries. We were impressed by his meticulous planning for our accommodation and daily activities. Huzeifa's patience and adept handling of minor issues were commendable. We particularly enjoyed our stays at Meliá Serengeti and Meliá Zanzibar, as well as activities such as snorkeling at Mnemba Island, balloon safaris in the Serengeti, quad biking in Zanzibar, and horse riding at Ngere Sero. Our experience at Serval Wildlife was especially soul-refreshing and memorable. The safari experience was the best ever, thanks to our incredibly knowledgeable guide and super professional drivers. A special thank you to Mr. Ryder for his amazing assistance. Huzeifa, thank you for introducing us to Tanzania. My bucket list trip - Serengeti…. Ngorongoro crater… finally they happened. I have been dreaming about this since my childhood days. Oh boy, was I happy!!!!! Most important part for a successful safari trip is choosing the right operator, who understands and appreciates your dreams and needs, be always there to monitor and support and whom you can trust and rely upon. Selecting ZAFS was an instinctive decision and we’re so grateful. The young entrepreneur Mr. Burhan Morbiwalla is a very patient, charming and fascinating human being. We immediately felt the comfort level we needed and he was literally there in every way possible. Of course our guide and driver Sir Gorge needs a special mention. Our curiosity and enthusiasm at times went overboard but he kept running a tight ship. For me, this was never only about seeing the animals, of course they were the stars and were shining. But I was just happy being there, soaking it all in - lights, sounds, smells, colours, boundless vistas - every part of it. Mesmerised.

Brilliant experience with ZAFS. Highly recommend them for your Tanzania Trip! - We did a 12 nights day trip that included across 6 nights in North & Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park; 2 nights in transit (Dar Es Salam and Arusha) and 4 nights in Zanzibar. The experience was very comfortable from the first interaction itself - Huzeifa made time over multiple calls to understand our expectations and then help plan the trip; instead of sending us a templatised itinerary and force fitting our plans around it. He never really tried to “sell” us anything, except maybe the fact that Tanzania will blow our mind, and blow it did :) . He never pushed anything and was flexible to even let us manage our own hotel accommodation when we didn’t like any of the options he sent. While we were apprehensive about how the whole safari experience would be, the trip was super comfortable - the accommodations were great, our driver Kefa was fantastic (do ask for him if you’re planning a trip!) and the safari vehicle was absolutely top notch. The ZAFS team was very accommodative of our requests (leaving late or early, but mostly coming back late; food requests, etc.) and took extra care to ensure each aspect of the trip worked like clockwork. We even had Huzeifa himself check-in on us almost every day to ensure everything was going all right, even when we were on our own in Zanzibar. Our pick ups were always on time and all the people we interacted were warm and very friendly. Overall, very impressed with the level of service from the team and will highly recommend planning a safari with them. I’m definitely going back to Tanzania with them, this time with my whole family!

Zafs tours - amazing experience - Zafs tours at Moshi had organised both the kilimanjaro and serengeti plans so well. Their service, humanity and courtesy is un paralled. everything that they promised and committed was in place. The overall experince with zafs tours is excellent, I have already plans to go to tour of zanzibar in jan 2024.

Best Safari with Zaf Tours! - We engaged Zaf Tours for our African Safari experience and it was the best decision we made for our trip to Tanzania! We were taken care of, right from the time we landed and till we took off. They are experienced and serve their promises. We enjoyed a whole lot in Tanzania and will definitely recommend Zaf tours to everyone!
