Beautiful boat ride - Our group of 6 arrived after a not-great taxi experience and were all a bit cranky, so we did not have high hopes. We sat and ate a nearby restaurant to wait for the tour (food was decent to good, beer was cold, service was great.) We met Simona our guide and the captain and waded into the water to climb into the boat which was small and clean. There wasn't much conversation from our guides but the views were gorgeous. As the tour went on, the guides warmed up considerably and were very accommodating and able to ensure our group had a great time, allowing us longer than scheduled to let us a swim in the turquoise water. They also had excellent advice to navigate the train back to our hotel. As others have noted, we weren't offered any snacks, but it was not a food tour, and we still had fun and saw absolutely stunning views. Would recommend to others, maybe mostly adults since the water can get a bit choppy for littles. Overall a wonderful experience!

Lit AF Boat Ride with Antonio - Antonio was such a fun time. He provided prosecco, food, and was very patient with us. He let us steer the boat! We liked him so much that we went back the second day for an additional outing! Grazie mille Antonio (e Martina!), ti amiamo!

Wow! - Wow! Simona & Nicky were wonderful in handling my tour! Couldn’t ask for better. Definitely worth the money. A must experience!

Nice swim and sun on the sea at Taormina - It was a very pleasant day out on the water. A nice break from the main town center of Taormina. Even though water got choppy at times, the boat captain handled it skillfully.

Beautiful views from the... - Beautiful views from the water. The boat operator was very nice and accommodating. We spent about 5-10 minutes swimming. They dropped at requested location.

Basic boat tour - The experience of seeing Taormina from the water was excellent. The boat was comfortable. The guide however did not speak good English as advertised so he couldn’t answer our questions. The refreshments were sparse, no towels were provided and it had been a little difficult to communicate prior to the tour. We did enjoy it, I just think it could have been much better with a few tweaks.

Tourist trap - The trip was nice, but there was one major problem. The employee should have notified our hotel so that we could board, but this was not done. If it had been done, the hotel staff could have told them that the weather was not suitable for boarding. As a result, they dropped us off at a place other than our hotel and we had to pay a taxi (less than 10 minutes) for 30€. We were quite surprised to learn that we had to pay for the taxi, even though the fault lay with the employee. Especially since it had been indicated that the agency would take care of the trip. Of course, we were warned that we had to pay the taxi when it dropped us off, not before we got in. What's more, we wanted to go snorkelling (we contacted the agency) but no equipment was made available to us... What could have been a wonderful experience was more like a tourist trap.

Great views but disappointing service and not as advertised - Boat operator was very curt - didn’t introduce himself, did not offer life vests when we got on the boat, even for the children. They did not provide snorkeling, despite it being advertised as a snorkeling trip. He didn’t help anyone on or off the boat to go swimming and turned the engines on before we could get back on there boat safely. When we said we couldn’t hear his narration, he just used the excuse that it was the engine noise and didn’t try to find a way to explain anything so we could hear. The views were stunning and glad we went on a boat off the coast - but this specific tour and driver were disappointing.

Read first, skip the trip - Overall, very disappointing. Not only were there only three bottles of water for seven people, but the almond pastry, chips, and pretzels were absent. Nor was there fruit juice or the sodas. Not only that, but Nicholas showed up late, and tried to end early. When we called him on it, he took us to a very choppy and rough part of the sea. It was very scary and unsafe for the baby. Very disappointing

I am requesting a full refund. - This boat trip was terrible, the driver of the boat did not speak English clearly, could only describe attractions in one word descriptions. We were offered none of the items listed below: Beach towels Bottled water Almond Pastries, Chips, Pretzels Fruit juice, cold tea and soft drinks Use of Snorkelling equipment Prosecco He did not stop and allow any of us to go in the water, he never put the cover up on the boat and it was extremely hot so we sat in the sun. My daughter and her boyfriend had to sit in the front of the boat and nearly roasted. AND, the entire boat ride was 1 hour, only 1 hour. I don't know who this boat owner was, but I would never recommend him to any other guest.
