Must visit Place - Excellent food in the luxurious Bukhara Restaurant of ITC Maurya. The ambience is awesome, the cuisine wonderful and staff is extremely courteous and well behaved. A perfect package. The Front Desk helped in reservations and guidance. Special mention to Ms Garima Bhalla for her cheerful and caring demeanour and professional conduct. Must visit place for special occasions.

A must for tandoor lovers - The food was awesome. But the service topped it all. COVID safe precautions, personal attention,a complementary cake for my parents anniversary! Bijon took extra care, great service!!! Great ambience!!

Unique, one to remember - Amazing food and service, especially by Rahul. Best mutton raan I’ve ever eaten. We went there on an extremely crowded night, and Rahul and some hotel staff made sure we found a table and served us hot, scrumptious food.

Amazing experience and food even after Covid - Me and family visited Bukhara and had a great time like we always did pre-Covid times. But the food was amazing as always! The restaurant and the hotel took all precautions and measures for safety and social distancing. The staff that helped us: Siddhant Tyagi (Manager), Chengha (Hostess) and Vinod (Server) were very helpful at all times. They provided us with extra masks when we were leaving and helped us sanitize before we entered. We reserved our table through Pravin Mathur who made the booking experience very pleasant for us. The Dal Bukhara and the Butter Naan was something that our family had been really craving for!

Loved the food - Amazing food, service and very interesting decor. It gets filled in quite fast i observed. I was single and not sure what to eat. But they have solo set meal, which is a combination of 3 kababs, choice of bread, Dal Makhni and choice of desert. Loved the Dal Makhni. Chicken and Lamb kababs were good but I would say they stand apart from similar restaurant. Ambience is quite good. Service is excellent. However price wise I think it's quite expensive.

INCREDIBLE meal in New Delhi - Wonderful meal at Bukhara for our first dinner in Delhi!! Food was amazing and our waiter - Naveen K-C - could not have been better. He helped us pick out our (DELICIOUS) food and answered all of our silly questions. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return someday!

Be aware… - We booked well in advance - and so you should as it is packed and many are turned away at the door. And the door only opens at 19:00 so you will wait with many others until they are ready for you. The food is undoubtedly delicious but do beware. The menu is certainly expensive for this part of the world but be prepared for bill inflation with 9% tax, another 9% tax and on top of that 25% VAT. To be fair the menu does state in small print exclusive of taxes at the bottom of the menu but the price you see is certainly not the price you pay.And that’s before you add in service! Is it worth it? For you to judge but if you need the washroom be prepared for a long long wait for just one cubicle. All a bit unexpected in such a luxury and exclusive environment. So be aware…

Overhyped food and worst staff!! - Worst experience ever!! There was a girl called " KANIKA". She was at the door of restaurant Bukhara at ITC Maurya. Me and my wife went for lunch at this restaurant. When we arrived at the door, she was on the phone. She kept us waiting for long. She never bothered to say " sorry for the wait" or I'll right be with you". She ignored us like anything. I mean.. This is only a 5 star hotel!! No manners and etiquette whatsoever. There was another restaurant staff member near her there who was free. He was busy talking to the hotel staff walking nearby. Casual talk I might add.. Bantering .. To add insult to injury, he kept on ignoring me and my wife. Then after a long wait, he casually came and finally asked my name and my phone number. He wasn't attending to any guests before .. He was just casually chatting with another hotel employee while me and my wife kept looking at him and waited for his casual chat to finish. What nonsense is this? Don't you people have any manners? Overhyped food!! Wasn't any good especially after the " welcome" at that " 5 star hotel" left a bad taste in my mouth!! Some ITC hospitality!!

Not at all worthy!!! Wastage of money!! - Please have a look at attached pics for portions & ambience before booking a table. I heard so much about this place & wanted to experience that personally. But i got so disappointed when I saw my starters portion as compared to the price they charge!!! Paneer tikka 4 pcs worth Rs 2,500 & taste was ok. I had more delicious paneer tikka in small restaurants. Main course portion also surprised me. For a sweet dish, I ordered Kulfi faluda but I guess haldiram’s kulfi is much better. Faluda was too thick & flavour was average!! So if you want to impress someone with the hotel then go but not if you are a good foodie!!! They don't provide the bill & cutlery as well.
