Worth the money! - Do this the first day! Gives you great ideas of what to do and see during your stay . App is great with stops and times. Tour guides are fun and knowledgeable. Used the pass multiple times during the day. Each guide gave a different spin.

Great Tour - The tour guide was very informative and entertaining. It's always fun to do Hop on/Hop off in different cities, and at NOLA it's a must. We enjoyed hearing about it's history, it's quirks, and very unique culture. Loved it an we highly recommend.

Worth it to see all on New Orleans - Had a great experience with our 3 day pass! Saw so much of New Orleans besides the French Quarter! Hosts Ron, No line Linda, Dawn were great and provided a wealth of knowledge. We also did the garden walking tour and Collin was terrific! Such a cool walk thru a beautiful neighborhood and to learn about the homes. Would recommend this as a must do if it’s your first time to the city. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect way to see the city - The hop on hop off tour bus is a great way to see the city and takes in all the important highlights. My husband and I purchased a three day ticket and with it we received two free tours, one in the French quarter and the other in the Garden District. Our tour guide for the Garden District, Colin, was outstanding. He was simply great. He had an excellent knowledge of the area, was easy to hear and had a wonderful sense of humor. You can simply stay on the bus for the first full loop and by doing so you see all the important sights and can decide what to do. Our guide for the French Quarter had a wonderful knowledge of the area also but was very hard to hear unless you stayed right next to her. She was very soft spoken unlike our Garden District guide.

Skip it - Our experience wasn’t great. We did the hop on/hop off and had three different guides. The first was mediocre and then it went down hill from there. The last bus we were on didn’t even have air conditioning and it was freakin hot and miserable. We would not do this again and would not recommend.

PLEASE STOP overbooking capacities! - I have always LOVED the hop on hop off but in New Orleans today, May 18, it was HORRIBLE!!! We got on and then got off at stop 11 to get coffee. We never were able to get back on!! Each bus that pulled up said sorry, we are full but there will be another bus in 15-20 minutes…. NOT TRUE!!! It came 40 minutes later and told us again, sorry we are full. This happened TWICE! We were exhausted and 2 hours stranded was not fun. We ended up calling an UBER to get back to the French Quarter and our hotel. So many people were complaining and we all shared our information as we are all contacting this company for refunds. A few people told us their bus’s air conditioning was out too and they could hardly breathe. I don’t know what happened this time as we usually LOVE this company and have used them in New Orleans, a couple other states and a couple other countries even, at least a few times a year. We are so disappointed. The bus drivers would yell out they are sorry but the bus is full so they would apologize but then lying saying another bus is right behind them and has space was not cool at all. We wasted hours and then had to spend $$ to get an UBER. They also are still selling passes for today as I just checked!! They are over capacity obviously and can’t handle the amount of people so why keep selling passes and making tons of guests upset? I just don’t understand. I hope they find a way to fix this for future customers. :(
