Super speedy lunch as requested - Popped in before a tour and asked if we could eat really quick. Greeted by Elle who sat us and recommended the appetisers or burgers for speed. She ended up fully serving us - getting our order in quick and asking kitchen to fast track. Burgers all great - especially my plant based - nice and hot! Elle then had boxes ready just incase we had to pack up quick and take away. She was also super speedy sorting out the bill quick. Great visit

A Must do - Great service and great food. The baby ribs were huge but amazing. Two of us could not finish it. Had to take a doggie bag home. The music being played was brilliant.

The kids ate!! - We actually ate here back to back days when visiting the falls because it was a nice sit down restaurant with food the kids would eat! Our food was great. The staff was friendly. The kids loved the free mini soccer balls!

Great dining experience - We stopped in for lunch and had a great meal. But what truly stood out to us was our amazing server - Eric - he was hands down one of the best servers we have ever had. He made the experience so great that even if the food was bad (which it wasn't) I still would have left a 5-star review! I hope HRC knows what a treasure they have in him!

Completely in the style of the Hard Rock cafes. Super atmosphere and decor. - Had a delicious meal at Hard Rock cafe. The service was nice again. And cosy. The atmosphere is always good and the decor is great. The meals are, as always, of good quality

Great steak - Great service, steak was perfectly cooked. Hubby had the burger and huge portion of fries, really tasty and the waitress was great.

Good food, good service, mouthwatering price - Good food, good service. Just a shame it feels so overpriced. Been to a few and the food is consistent, just can’t help feeling that in a country of so many good burgers for less money, that this was a little steep

In line with the hard rock style - We know that anyone who visits a hard rock knows what to expect, and here too, almost overlooking the famous Niagara Falls, you will feel at home. The furnishing style is classic, the same goes for the food and the service. And of course also for the price, which as always is quite high. But anyway, I like it.

Bad experience. - The took our rest for a large group. The best thing about this place is there was a band playing that eased the boredom of not being served for over an our. 50 minutes to get a drink? Took our food order after that. Another 50 minutes. Food was okay. Not stellar that's for sure. The waitress was super nice but the manager was clueless. Took another 40 minutes for them to sort out the bills. Worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been to. Do not go!

Not a fan - The fries were chewy and the burgers were cold. Was not impressed at all. The only thing enjoyable was the decor.
