Highly recommended - From arrival, all the crew provided excellent service. The yacht was in perfect condition and the food prepared by the chef was delicious. Many thanks to Irvin, Luis, Joel, Francisco and Mario, we will surely return for future experiences.

Super Fun and Accommodating! - The whole crew on the merci were the greatest. Mario, Chava, Joel, Armando, and the photographer Karen were very accommodating and made sure we were having the best time time possible! Even with our large family of 25, they took care of us effortlessly. I would highly recommend them and book them for our next excursion!!!

Best boat tour ever - This team is wonderful. Great jokes, great service, great people. My absolute boys and I went on a boat tour for a bachelor party and we saw whales, dolphins, had awesome snorkeling, ate fantastically and had a grand grand time. Highly recommend - will def be back.

100% Satisfaction - I I read the first 6 reviews and adopt every positive word. We had 17 (age range 8 months to 72 yrs). Took the Mer Sea, which I think is their biggest. Great boat. As everyone says, their service is over the top - 100%. Weather didn’t allow swimming but great cruise. Saw a ton of whales (mid-March). Boat is super comfortable. Main deck is quite large and mostly covered as is top deck, so easy to stay out of the sun. We probably had 8 or so lounging in the sun in the front. Great trip. Two tips: 1. Communicate with them re lunch timing. They are very responsive. We left at noon and ate about 2:30, which I think is their custom and is just fine but you’ll want to plan your morning eating accordingly. Beer seemed unlimited. 2. Bring lots of tipping cash. They are not aggressive about it at all but they earn it. They have a bucket at exit so you don’t need to worry about who gets what. They earn generous tips.

Satisfied customer - I really enjoy the yacht ride. The ceviche and guacamole was amazing. Every single one of the crew members was so sweet and attentive. I have been on a yacht before but this particular time I got a little sick. They made sure to take care of me. Checking on me every second. When ever I visit puerto Vallarta again I will be definitely renting a yacht again.

We loved it. However the... - We loved it. However the yatch wasn’t Hatteras. It was MER-SEA. Crew was outstanding, great photographer that was paid separately.

Fantastic - We had a large group of 14. They went above and beyond. Great service with numerous people to help with everything you would need. Friendly, happy and willing to help and do everything you need to have a great experience. Great guacamole, ceviche and a great bartender. Loved it!

Lackluster experience - Disappointed in the experience as we received an older boat than featured in photos, and had to wait an hour to board after crew went to wrong harbor. Staff on boat were friendly. Food was not great
