On the way to Normandy, learn the details of the Allied preparations for D-Day, the largest amphibious assault in history. Great D Day Experience - Daniel was an excellent host and was so knowledgeable about everything we were touring. Memorable trip. Missed being able to walk on Omaha Beach and walking thru the graves because they were preparing for the 80th anniversary of D Day but was able to view from the side and we were able to walk on Utah Beach and able to tour the bunkers at Point de Loc. Lunch was delicious and I highly recommend. Daniel will also answer any questions and give recommendations about Paris. His English is also very good.

Best tour guide ever! - Our tour guide, John, was phenomenal and really made this the best experience! He started the day with humor, then hit us with a ton of knowledge, not just about what took place at Normandy, but about French history in general. John’s ability to elaborate on each event and illustrate the sequence of events was impressive! He even drew a map on the sand of Utah Beach to help us picture how everything happened. This would have been a memorable tour regardless, but he went above and beyond to make sure it’s something we will never forget.

Excellent D-Day tour - What an amazing day! John was truly passionate about the content he was sharing. Very knowledgeable. Lunch was excellent with options of ham or cod with a cider sauce. The time at the beaches was enough to see what was there. The bus was good too. If you want to do a full day Normandy tour, then this is the one you want!

D-Day Tour with John - Great tour and overview of D-Day Beach Landings by John. Very well organized and were able to hit not only the most important spots but also get more in-depth info on the history of D-Day, WWII, and even of France. A more convenient and worthwhile way of visiting Normandy beaches than planning on your own from Paris even with the price.

Excellent tour to Normandy with John! - My wife and I took the day trip to Normandy from Paris. John was our guide and was spectacular! His knowledge about the history of the area, D-day, WW2, and world history at large was never ending. In the best way possible. John has a quick whit, and is very well spoken. We could not have chosen a better guide for us if we tried. Perhaps most importantly, John kept the tour moving along efficiently. Everything was right on schedule, but without feeling overly-rushed at any of the landmarks. The day was long (didn’t get back to Paris until 8:30), but we would recommend it to anyone. Thanks John!

Experience DDay and Normandy highlights in a day - John was a great guide. He made the long bus trip interesting with history and rich explanations of the war and what we would see. The overall itinerary does a good job of balancing time at the monuments with seeing a variety of sights. While I normally do not like bus tours, this was a great way to see the highlights in a day.

Rather have more time at the WWII sites! - Not enough time to see the sites. Would rather not waste time at a Cider farm, but have more time at Utah Beach, Pont Du Hoc and Omaha Beach. 30 minutes is not enough time at these sites!
