Excellent trip - Super friendly and attentive at the travel agency, I didn't have any setbacks and even though I missed the first meeting point, they rescheduled me and everything went smoothly. Wonderful

Great family friendly wonderland - Pickup and drop off were flawless. Park itself is beautiful. Too much to do in one day. The “night show” really was worth seeing. Provided a great history and culture of Mexico.

Great adventure! - We have been to Cenotes in Mexico previously but this was a totally new adventure. We snorkeled, zip lined, kayaked, and jumped off cliffs BUT.... don't be afraid if you don't like heights ... you don't have to jump or zipline... you can walk around and still enjoy. BRING water shoes... we didn't have them and we were okay but strapping our flip flops to our life vest got old. Our tour guide Angel (Papa Monkey) was AMAZING!!! I am terrified of heights and he helped me get settled into the activities so I felt comfortable, didn't feel like I was falling, and felt safe. So encouraging! Our Photographer Luis was incredible! We don't normally buy the photos but he took some amazing action shots and some regular shots that showed how much fun we were having ...not just cheesy staged photos. He was not pushy and was worth the price!

Jonathan and Alejandro were fantastic!!! - La Playa restaurant. Jonathan and Alejandro were fantastic. They made the great food into an experience. They recommended family style and prepared all the food to be eaten in a shared way. It really felt like an extra level of service that made the entire night for our big group.

Our 4th visit - We first traveled to xcaret when it opened. There are not superlatives enough in websters dictionary to describe this hotel. The deticated and genuine staff continually engage and make us feel so welcome We have become platinum members and for those thinking of bringing family for special occassions, it is a memory worth investing. Thank you to Daniel Flores and other staff for your attentiveness and warmth. Wish you were our neighbor's. Canada would be so enriched. Paul & Suzie

Plan to sit on a bus for a long time. - If you are traveling from Cancun prepare yourself for 9 hours of sitting on a bus. Cochin Itzá was remarkable and I loved seeing it in real life. Our guide provided a lot of interesting information and was quite informative. The cenote was great but packed and we didn’t get nearly enough time to enjoy it. The town was ok, the buffet had delicious food and good service, but again, not enough time because the drive from Cancun including an hour backup due to the toll made this an incredibly long day of sitting peppered with short experiences. I’m glad I got to see Xichen Itza and swim in a cenote but would have picked a different tour if I’d known it was such a long time traveling.
