Perfect way to explore Prague’s offbeat gems - Paula was a first class guide and running ally - our route committed to GPS encompassing the best of the city centre and suburbs along the Vitava River. I needed a 15 mile training run, the London marathon ten weeks away. I would have struggled to discover Prague’s choice of remoter paths and parks. This run was way more inspiring and enjoyable than I could have hoped. Paula led the way and I could focus on enjoying the sights with their own modern magic, contrasting with the spires. The snapshots of everyday life were the highlight. I discovered the training territory of Czech’s world class canoe team, practising along man-made rapids; varied bird life, families strolling, reclaimed industrial land and acres of space. My hotel is a not-insignificant seven minute pant above the Palace. Knowing a second breakfast would soon follow, the end was sweet! Definitely recommend this style of exploring this beautiful city. Don’t be put off by hills - Paula carefully planned around them. I really appreciated how the itinerary changed after the initial booking, to avoid soggy muddy trails. I would definitely plan another such run (shorter after marathon!) when I return to Prague. It’s a great way to soak up the best of this famed city before the crowds stir.

City run through Prague! - What an amazing experience we had on our run tour with Petr! Showed us all the sites and was an awesome tour guide and runner. Great to have a local show us around on the run

Great tour of Prague - I very much enjoyed my running tour around the centre of Prague. On business trips it’s all too easy to veg out and become inactive - a running tour is a great way to blow off the cobwebs, and explore some of the city with a local guide. Highly recommended!

Great morning run with Ondra - I went for a guided run with Ondra on my first morning in Prague and i'm so glad I did! I was a bit apprehensive as I although I work out regularly, I don't often run, especially on the streets. Ondra completely tailored the 13K run to suit me and went a pace I was comfortable with. Starting at 7am meant that the city was so peaceful and calm, the views were beautiful too. I was on my own, so really appreciated the chat with Ondra, and also the fact that he stopped to take photos of me on request! He even followed up with a text with his recommendations on where to get traditional food and the best beer to buy :) Will definitley do this again when I visit Prague next time.

A great way to see the city centre - Our guide, Andrew, was excellent! Sightseeing combined with running and a couple of photo stops, provided a great city centre activity. I am not as serious a runner as my husband, so Andrew tailored the speed of the run to suit - perfect!

Running in Prague - Excellent experience, a hot day but managed a water stop. We were out running for over 2 hours. I would recommend this to anyone who likes running. We seen lots of Pragues outside the city. Thanks to the tour guide.

An unforgettable run - I had an incredible run with Martin in Prague, and really appreciated his thoughtful planning of the route, as well as the conversation along the way. Notably, I was amazed by his ability to keep to quite a fast pace, despite having just completed an Iron Man the week before! We saw lovely sights along the way, including tourist places, but also those I would not have discovered on my own. I highly recommend running with Martin as your guide for a special way to experience Prague. He’s a capable runner and a kind, intelligent man. Thanks, Martin!
