Driving through small authentic mountain villages, you will admire unforgettable views of Sicilian countryside full of oranges and lemon plantations, olives and almond trees, houses and old churches built of lava stone. Finally you will reach the first venue, welcomed by a sommelier who will explain you the wine production process. In here you will taste 3 Etna DOC wines with three different kinds of “bruschetta”, a crunchy home made bread dressed with different traditional pates. Enjoying the panoramic view of Etna, you will drive to the second venue, another outstanding Etna winery, where, with a professional sommelier, you will taste 4 wines of the Region accompanied by a traditional “tagliere” of local products and pasta. You will continue the tour to the next venue, a winery with an authentic charm. Here you will taste 3 red and white wines accompanied by fresh domestic appetizers: locally produced cheeses, meat delicacies, olives, olive oil and fresh bread. After the tour, your guide will bring you back to your accommodation.

Perfect day to celebrate my birthday - Had a great day on this tour celebrating my 30th birthday on vacation with family!
We book directly on the prestelli website and arranged to be picked up from our airbnb villa which was perfect!
Carmello was a fantastic guide. He arrived with cannoli for the journey and told us all about wines from the region during the car journey.
The first vineyard was beautiful and we enjoyed tasting their wines and olive oil with warm bread. We weren’t rushed at all and could’ve stayed longer to drink as much wine as we could, but as it was 11am we thought we’d move on to the next place!
The next winery was smaller but we were well fed! We sat outside with a lovely view and were served a small sandwich with local meats and cheese and the owners wife prepared the most delicious pasta dish. All alongside 4 glasses of wine!
At the final vjneyard, we enjoyed a tour around the grounds and sat inside for some more local meats and cheeses! By this point we were very full but it was tasty so we still ate!
To top this off, I was surprised with a birthday cake! My family had asked if they could organise a cake for me at the last vineyard, which they kindly did complimentary!
It was the most lovely day and a perfect way to see the region, try local wine and taste some delicious food. Make sure you go hungry as you will be well fed!

Amazing day! - We had an amazing time visiting the 3 wineries. The wines were great and it was so fun to see around the vineyards. The tours all felt very personal and we got to meet the owners and their families. The wine was yummy and there was also lots of food. Great views of Etna as well. Would highly recommend this tour.

Memorable Experience - We had a fantastic time on this tour! We visited three wineries, each with its unique characteristics and wines. The food and wine was great. Our guide, Davide, and driver, Giuseppe, were friendly and knowledgeable and made it a memorable day for us. We also got great views of Mt. Etna and the lava flows. Highly recommend this tour.

Fabulous Etna Wine Tasting Trip - A fabulous Etna trip visiting 3 very different vineyards all of which has different characteristics. Ended up buying too many !!! (not). Our guide Bruno was great with local information and also patient as we extended our tasting at the vineyards.

Fantastic experience - Very good trip. Our driver Marco was super, he picked us up on time, had a great car, and had a lit of knowledge if the area. The wine tasting was great, a lot of wine and A LOT of food, do not show up full.. also, we had to change dates very last minute, and they fixed this for us, which was great. The wineries were very different, which was cool. Would definitely recommend! Beautiful landscapes too.

A Perfect Day! ! Don't miss it! - We were picked up in a private car by Marco. He was personable and knowledgeable about Sicily. We visited three different wineries during our day and had a delicious lunch at the second winery.
Highly recommend ! We booked direct with Prestelli on their website .

Amazing Wine Tasting Day - This tour was incredible. The wineries are hand selected by the local team, and you get to experience non-commercial / touristy locations. Additionally, the lunch served at one of the wineries was fantastic - we felt like we were having a family meal.
Lastly, huge shout out to Alessandro, our driver and guide. He was extremely friendly and waited for us when we wanted to enjoy extra wine and snacks at the final vineyard. He’s the best!

Mt. Etna Wine Country - This was an excellent tour. I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about Sicilian wines in general, and Mt. Etna wines in particular. Corrado, our guide and driver, did an excellent job of explaining the Mt. Etna countryside as we drove through the small villages along the way. The three wineries we visited were of different sizes and focus, so it gave us a good overview of the region. A couple of larger properties with vineyards on site, and a smaller winery operated by two brothers. At each stop we were served food with the wines, and at the second winery we were also served a very nice lunch. All of the winery staff we met were personable and very knowledgable, and all were keen on sharing the virtues of the Mt. Etna soils and microclimates. All spoke excellent English, so don’t let your lack of Italian language skills be a barrier. On the few times that there was a hitch, Corrado was able to translate for us. A further plus is that the tour encompasses some of the most scenic parts of Sicily. This tour is a must for any wine lover seeking to experience some of the Mt. Etna magic.

Great tour - Great tour and great guide. Would definitely recommend! I think this tour is great for wine connoisseurs, especially if you like more dry, less sweet wines.
