Bocale serves as a testament to the handcrafted creation of exceptional wines, while adhering to the respect for the area, environment, and generations of inhabitants who have lived and worked there. The business embarked on a transition to organic cultivation in 2020. No herbicides are used in the vineyard, grass is grown between rows to lessen physical labor, erosion, and run-off. Vines are cultivated using the green manure method, typically using favino, the soil fertility is maintained using organic and mineral fertilizers, without resorting to chemicals. Only native yeast is employed in the wine cellar, with no microfiltrations or stabilizations being carried out. The resulting wine represents the fruits of a craft process that pays homage to environmental cycles and the natural propensities of the region. Spanning 10 hectares, with 6 hectares devoted to vineyards, the winery has an average annual yield of 35,000 bottles.
