- Via del Portico d’Ottavia, 18 - The event is set in a distinguished venue in partnership with the “Il Giardino Romano” restaurant. The duration of the tasting is estimated to be around 90 minutes and features a quintet of dishes, showcasing the artichoke, accompanied by a quintet of wine pairings. It is crucial for our attendees to utilize the provided notebook to identify the selection of wines offered.
During this event, we will predominantly feature regional wine brands, each averaging a cost of €20 per bottle.

Meal Options
- Artichoke Giudia style - One of the fundamental dishes of Roman cuisine. One of the oldest.
- Roman artichoke - Roman artichoke with a mint and anchovy filling, stewed in white wine
- Fried artichokes - Artichoke segments fried in batter
- Artichoke lasagna - Typical traditional Italian dish, revisited in a Roman key with the use of the artichoke as a filling ingredient.
- Artichoke Parmigiana - Revisitation of a traditional oven-cooked dish. Various layers of baked artichokes, parmesan and mozzarella.
Additional Information
This is the first experience where the guest becomes our sommelier. Thanks to our Tasting Notebook which will guide you during the tasting, you will learn to recognize and evaluate wine in all its aspects.
Everything takes place in an exclusive-use location that recalls ancient Rome, where the protagonists are wine labels, rigorously selected, and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.

Unique Experience - I had an amazing experience with one of the best Wines I tried in my life! The staff was great and kind. They speak really good english. If you are looking for a unique experience with great quality Wine and food, then this is the right place for you to visit. I definitely recommend it!
