They will provide a brief introduction and address any questions or special requests you may have. This is the perfect time to consider adding extra activities. Feel free to ask the friendly guide for recommendations. Then, hop into your jeep and head to the Tequila ranch.
• Rancho Alejandra - Upon arrival, the ranch family will greet you, and you’ll discover Mexico’s renowned beverage, Tequila! Immerse yourself in the flavors, colors, and aromas of Tequila while learning about its distillation process. Don’t forget to visit the local animals, including cows, chickens, and sheep.
• Chen Rio - After enjoying Rancho Alejandra, travel to the East side of Cozumel island to visit the first untouched beach, Chen Rio. Here, you might spot our crocodile friend “Ancho” basking in the sun. On the beach side of Chen Rio, a rock formation creates a safe area in the water, resembling a kiddie pool.
• Playa de San Martin - Continue the adventure to Playa San Martin, a vast sandy beach known for turtle nests. The guide will share insights about the turtle season and highlight active or past nests. Stroll along this scenic beach and the crystal-clear waters, capturing photo opportunities. Across the street, enjoy a refreshing handmade beverage at the Tiki-style bar.
• El Mirador - Return to your jeep and visit the last of the east side’s untouched beaches, El Mirador. Here, explore numerous artisanal huts offering a wide range of handmade treasures. Seize the chance to purchase a unique souvenir. Climb to the top of “El Mirador,” meaning the lookout in Spanish, and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, shoreline, and jungle from an ancient rock formation. • Tortugas Snorkel Center and Beach Bar - After the stunning view at El Mirador, head to the grand finale, Tortugas Beach Club. Upon arrival, the friendly guide will ensure your family is comfortable at a table and introduce you to the facilities, including a bar, bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, and lounge chairs. Enjoy your included Mexican lunch, choosing from chicken, beef, or fish fajitas. When ready for the beach, the guide will provide all necessary snorkeling gear and demonstrate its use.
