Great Tour - Highly Recommend - Amazing tour. Our tour guide Alicia was outstanding. She provided some interesting history of Venice while showing us to a number of locations for chiccetti and wine.

Worth the cost, good way to try different local food/drink and see a hidden side of Venice. - Ursula was so kind and friendly, very insightful commentary about the history of Venice and the food/drink background. All the food was fresh or made just prior to our arrival and it was delicious! Good sampling of wines as well.

Must do activity to immerse in local scene - Our guide was very informative and a pleasure to spend time with We had all to ourselves which was nice. Very much enjoyed the local perspective and suggestions for drinks after.
I would suggest a little more time to relax and enjoy the last stop.

Great tour!! - Orsala was a fun and informative guide. Took us to delicious out of the way cicchetti bars and tried a great variety of Venetian specialties I’ve never had before. Avoided the crowds and the food and wine and tiramisu was outstanding.

Super friendly and engaging guide - I ended up being the only guest on this particular tour - an unusual circumstance - but it made it all the more memorable and special! The guide, Sylvie, was super-well informed and friendly. It was a delight to explore these places with her and try some delicious food and wines. And she was also a fountain of information about Venice itself! I loved this experience.

Definitely A Wine Tour! - Our tour guide Giorgia made us feel like we were bar hopping while teaching us about the food and different Italian provinces and enjoying each others company. The fried seafood at the end was my favorite. Highly highly recommend!!

Great food tour and avoiding crowded areas - Really enjoyed our Venice Like a local food tour , having a guide who actually lives in the old city made it very authentic with the different places we visited being away from the crowds. All the food we tried was tasty and there was plenty of wine to drink. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of Venice as well as the food and wine. Most of the places we visited had air-conditioning which was a relief from a very hot day.

We missed the tour due to flight delays. - We missed the tour because our flight was delayed by several days from NYC.
Is there any possible way we can receive a credit or refund? This would be very much appreciated since we have booked 6 total tours for Venice and Florence this week.
We understand this was not the fault of Viator but any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
The tour today of St. Marks and Doce Palace was excellent.
