Additional Information

This Gastronomy and Vino Journey is curated for those wishing to explore the enchanting Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, a recognized Unesco world heritage site since 2019.

Solely family-operated businesses.

The inaugural session of the journey begins in the open, guiding you through the savoring of 3 Prosecco DOCG varieties, paired with a selection of cured meats and cheeses.
Then comes the time for a grand lunch serving appetizers, a first and second course, water, and coffee, all in a distinguished Osteria, boasting a splendid hillside view.

Post the exploration of the awe-inspiring Unesco world heritage hills, we proceed to our second family-owned boutique winery. Here, we get to partake in a specialized tasting of 4 superior quality Proseccos, made from the 5 traditional grape types.
A uniquely crafted compact lunch also awaits you at a charming local tavern, where one can soak in a stunning panoramic view.

The journey commences and concludes at Piazzale Roma in Venice or from Conegliano, beginning around 9am and wrapping up near 5pm.

  • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it

Reccomended - Good fun and very well organized. We had the chance to taste very good quality prosecco and the lunch was superbe. The guide did a very good job driving us and explain all the corner of the area.

Best small group tours - This tour far exceeded our expectations. We had 3 people on the tour and it was very relaxing, educational and the Prosecco tasting included high quality wines. Much better than the large batch bottles we get in the United States. Our guide was the best. Very personal and professional. Highly recommend.

Prosecco Tour - It was a good tour, but a couple of things could had been better. Pros: - 1st winery that we visited had great Prosecco and we were taken care of nicely. Loved the cheese that we got to sample with our tasting. - We had good coffee at the castle cafe. - 2nd winery did provide a good lesson on the wine process and it's history. Cons: - Car was a bit uncomfortable for our party of 3, no leg room. - Driver tends to put directions as he drives on the highway. A bit unsettling at times. - No entry to the castle, even though it says it is included. You just get to walk around and see the castle and the gardens. - Did not stop at the Molinetto della Croda. - Charcuterie was not provided at any of the wineries. Just a bit of cheese at the 1st winery. - Lunch was at a bistro but we were not given a selection of menu items to choose from. We were given what the bistro and the tour guide though was best and it was a let down. Just got a fried artichoke and undercooked risotto with a strong blue cheese taste. We could not eat it and if we were going to another tasting, a good lunch should be included, especially for the type of tour and the price. I have done many tours of this type and this was below the quality of what I have experienced.
