A gastronomic treat awaits you there in the form of a Cicheto.

The tour continues through secretive lanes where you’ll find the city’s most skewed door and explore the architectural genesis of city.

Moving forward, you’ll pay a visit to the Church of St. Apollinaris situated near the spot which is known to have been a temporary shelter to Pope Alexander III, who reportedly spent a night there camouflaged as an ordinary vagabond.

Next stop on the journey is the Church of St. Silvester, which had been the headquarters of the Wine Sellers’ Guild in the past.

Towards the end, the tour reveals the significance of certain symbols and signage that indicated places where high-end commodities were dealt.

Individual guided tour to hidden places in Venice - We were in Venice with 4 couples and came across Beatrice as a Venice guide. It was a real hit...Beatrice gave us very exciting and very descriptive information about Venice. She knows a lot about the history, architecture, the life of Venetians today and much more. It was entertaining from the first to the last minute. She took us to remote places, away from the tourist crowds. Her great tips (food, vaporetto, Biennale, other islands) also enriched our remaining days. We can only recommend Beatrice.

Great tour! - Beatrice is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is from Austria, a country who once claimed Venice as their own. Venice has rich history and she showed us less traveled backstreets away from the crowds. Very worthwhile!
