excellent guide and driver - Very punctual and well organised. Driver was great company and had very good english. Guide at Auschwitz was excellent. Downside was that there were hundreds of other people touring the camps at the same time.

Solis - Exceptional service by do dedicated driver who ensured comfort along the journey to our tour. This included plenty of stops as well as pointing out some sights along the way in our comfortable ride. Once arrived to tour center for camp tour, merged with larger group for walking tour. Tourist a great overview of the sights and points out all of the highlights with a local guide.

Great Tour - This was our first trip to Poland, and visiting Auschwitz was a priority for us to pay homage to the victims. We debated whether to join a group tour using trains and buses or opt for a private car tour. Ultimately, we chose the private tour, and it proved to be a wise decision. We avoided the stress of rushing to catch early morning trains and buses. The tour was splendid and comfortable. Our driver was courteous and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this tour; it was worth every penny spent.

Emotional, moving day, but glad we made it. - Our driver, Maceij, was wonderful. A very safe driver, and loaded with information. He stopped when we needed him to stop, but always kept to the schedule. The tour was extremely emotional, as we knew it would be, but everyone needs to see the camps and know their history. We highly recommend this tour and driver.

Good tour - My trip was good. The company was responsive and provided pick up confirmation the day before. My driver Maciej, was punctual, very friendly and professional. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant before the tour and then he dropped us off with our tour guide who would take us to the two camps. Our guide was knowledgeable and very through. The experience offers time for reflection and at times the emotions can be high. There was a lot of walking in both places. The tour lasted about 4 hours and our driver was waiting to take us back to Warsaw. It was a good experience.

Best Tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau - Highly recommend Ab Everest Travel for tours in Poland! We booked the one day tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau from Warsaw with private transport. Agnieszka sent a kind email with clear instructions about our travel plans for the next day to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Maciej was our driver and he arrived promptly with a huge smile on his face. He was super cool and down to earth. Marciej obviously loves his job! He was a great driver and very safe. He was flexible at stopping for a break and coffee. He helped translate for us too. We got to learn so much more about Poland in our conversations. We want to come back and explore more because of him! We had extra time so we told him we wanted authentic polish food. He took us to an amazing restaurant! The food was delicious!!! When we arrived to Birkenau, he introduced us to the tour guide. Marciej had debriefed us very well that we knew exactly what to expect for the rest of the day. Once we were done, Maciej was waiting for us in the parking lot and we started our journey back to Warsaw. Without a doubt, Ab Everest Travel and Marciej are the best!!

Tour operator cancelled at last minute and lied about why - I booked this 12 hour tour through Viator with this company weeks ahead of time. They verified the tour 5 days ahead of time. At 3 pm the day before they emailed and asked if we would share the tour with others. We declined, we wanted a private tour experience. At about 7:30 pm they emailed and changed the pickup to 11am. They wouldn't get us back until 11pm! I called and they blamed it on the unavailability to enter Auschwitz with a guide until 4pm. I checked the Auschwitz website and found that there was availability at 11:45 am. They were lying. My wife and I were really looking forward to this. Had they cancelled a few days ahead of time at least we could have found a group tour. Now it is too late.
