A great guide and a must see location - Our guide "Noble" was fantastic in Xi'an! He made my trip truly unforgettable. His knowledge of Xi'an's history was incredible, and he brought the city's past to life with his engaging storytelling. He made me feel like I was walking through time as we explored the Terracotta Army and the ancient city walls. A knowledgeable guide is really important to enjoying a city with such a long and colourful history.

Great trip and company- best way to see Xian! - I went on the private two day tour of Xi'an this weekend with Chinaxiantour. The tour was great! Got to see all the highlights in a short amount of time: Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, biked along the City Wall, visited the Drum and Bell towers, saw the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, visited the Shaanxi History Museum, and visited the Muslim Quarter to taste local food. The service was door to door and they answered every question I had before I left on my trip. I traveled by myself as a college student from Shanghai and I felt completely safe during the whole experience. They suggested and helped me arrange my flight and hotel reservations (since these were not included in the tour) and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport in a nice air conditioned van. Cloris my tour guide was very professional, informative, and spoke very good English. She knew a lot of stories about Xi'an and was very interesting to learn the history of this great city. Make sure to bring a good camera since you will be taking a lot of pictures. Expect a lot of crowds at these popular tourist attractions and hot weather especially during the summer. Also make sure you add on the Tang Dynasty Dumpling Dinner and Show- great experience and amazing show. Would recommend this company and tour- you won't regret it!

Best Tour Ever! - I had a private tour of the soldiers, the City Wall and the Muslim Quarter. My guide (Ken) was very personable, his English was faultless and he went well above and beyond to ensure that my tour was by far the best I have ever taken. (And I've been on many). Ken's expert knowledge of the sites I toured provided me with interesting information that one does not get on a typical "touristy" tour. My driver was exceptional and skillfully maneuvered difficult traffic situations. I felt secure and safe with this driver and this guide and would highly recommend this agency and this tour to anyone going to China and wanting a "once in a lifetime" experience.

Very memorable Xi'an Experience - Highly recommended company. I just found them over searching the internet a day before our trip to Xi'an. The communication was well handled from the time we started the conversation (over online chat) through to email correspondences for quotations, payments, confirmations, and final instructions. We took a 2 day private tour package and both our guides (Zsazsa and Wendy) who's been assigned over the 2 day course of time are well knowledgeable of Xi'an history and were so pleasant to deal with. -- almost felt like we've known them for long. They were flexible in meeting our tour needs and ensured us that we are picked up and dropped off from our hotel in time.

Perfect customer service! - I have been to China a couple of times already and this, by far, is the best tour company and tour guide I had. They are well tuned to western kind of customer service, very polite and never pushy! Jessica was so easy to work with, from the first email. She has been very informational and worked through all my questions with prompt and ready answers. Her suggestions were also very practical so the sights we visited worked out well for us (i have 2 teens). Service I signed up for - airport transfer, and 2 days of private tour with guide and car. The driver was right there when we came out of the immigration and was very friendly throughout. He's very accommodating when we would ask him to go to some extra sites, and make stops, and even drove us to a pomegranate farm when i wanted to buy some fresh poms. Lucia is an awesome guide! Words are not enough to describe how kind she was, for going the extra mile to make sure all our requests are met. Her english was impeccable, her solid grasp of chinese history (dynasties and its eccentricities) were peppered with trivia and tidbits, which made the narration so much more interesting & fun for the kids, and we all learned so much from her! On the second day, we literally just followed her recommendations on stuff/food/to dos as she has been spot on in meeting our expectations. Nothing is too big or too small an ask for Lucia. We all just love her. Lucia also walked the food street and the Muslim quarter/street with us, from beginning to end, beyond the call of her duty, and recommended local dishes to try, and in which resto. Just had so much fun! The Terra Cota museum is a sight to behold, and definitely breath- taking, the sheer size of the pit and the intricacies of the details in the warriors were just incredible. Lucia was able to walk us through all of it, including the Hanyanling Mausoleum, and the Shanxi Museum, and share her knowledge on almost everything. She calls out details which we never would have seen or notice, to deepen understanding of the history. Definitely recommend ChinaXianTour, JEssica and most specially Lucia!
