We loved this! - This cooking class was our favourite experience. With a fun french speaking interpreter/guide, we cooked a delicious meal from scratch with a Zanzibari mama who was showing us how to handle each ingredient, including making fresh coconut milk, and then we ate our meal all together. We had such a great laugh and great time. We cook this recipe regularly at home now (out of ingredients available in Belgium 😁).
