A paradise - We were in San Blas two months ago with panama san blas tous, it was amazing. The service was very good from the reservation to the support during the tour. The pick up was on time at 5:30 am as planed and the driver was very friendly. We were received on the island with a local breakfast not very well served but with a good taste of local traditions. (Don't forget you are in a isolated place) We recomand 100% this agency, everything was very well planned.

Incredible Trip to San Blas Islands - I really appreciate the hospitality of the Indian Kuna people, it's amazing to see their living style in that paradise, just inisland in the middle of the nowhere! It's amazing how they eat what they fish, even we we're lucky and they gave us langosta for dinner. I was amused with the whiteness of the sand, the clear color of the sea water, it is a paradise. I wish I could ever come back!

San Blas Family Vacation - My family and I spent three days and 2 nights on the island and had a great time. The hosts were wonderful people and we very much appreciate there kindness. We do not speak Spanish so there was a language barrier, however they did speak some broken English and we made it work. I traveled with two teenagers who loved snorkeling every minute they could in clear water.

Narasgandup Guna Yala - Excellent experience with Panama San Blas Tours. Everything went as planned and both the transport and hosts were aware of our plans; there was a minor misunderstanding about the cost of transport but it was resolved quickly. We stayed in a cabin over the water in Naranjo Chico or Narasgandup island. The host family was really nice and willing to accommodate our needs. The accommodations are just a you see in the pictures. They are very modest and rustic, especially the bathroom and shower. You have to know what you are getting into. Do not expect 5-star accommodations. There isn’t running water, so we had to ask them to turn on the water whenever we needed and they were fine about it. However, I wish they had explained that from the beginning or just made sure there’s enough water collected for everyone in the cabins so we don’t have to ask every time. Food was great and plentiful. They gave us whole fried fish, rice, salad, seafood, plantains, potatoes, pineapple, and lobster one of the nights. I have no complaints about the food; they gave us generous portions. As far as activities go, the excursions were fun. I wish we would have visited more places. I think we had time to take a couple more excursions. We did snorkeling (there’s plenty of fish and water creatures to see), swimming and just hanging out at the beach. We were able to see dolphins from our cabin one morning as well as stingrays. There’s not much happening at night. I recommend bringing your own sources of entertainment such as board games, own device with downloaded movies or music and a portable charger. You can bring your own drinks, snacks, etc. There isn’t really a place to get that on the island. Quite unique, adventurous experience.

Bad Agent, choose another tourist agency to go to San Blas - First of all, this review is about the tourist agency and the accommodation on San blas (Waily), San blas itself is worth to visit. We tried to find there office in Casco Viejo but it seems it is not existing. It also seems that the owner organize everything lying in a hammock, so no wonder there is no office. We tried to contact the agency via mail to ask if we can visit them to discuss everything, but we just received an automated standard email with booking details. As we had not much time, we booked the cabin over the sea online. In the morning of our departure to San blas (5am) we read an E-Mail from the agency that the cabin over the sea is not available anymore and we need to switch to a cabin at the beach. Of course we did it as we had no other choice 1 hour from departure. One might say this is clever from the agency to keep customers even if they cannot provide what they offer, but I leave that up to you. The island itself is not very nice compared to other islands we saw during our trip, so choose another island(half of the island is full of plastic und rubbish). At the end I forgot my electronic toothbrush in the cabin, so I tried to contact the agency again. And wonder, no response from them again, not even until today! So go to San Blas, but choose a professional agency for the tour!

Too crowded and touristy - We stayed for 2 days and although we enjoyed our time in San Blas, I have to say that it was not at all the magical experience we hoped for from reading reviews here and elsewhere. The islands themselves are very crowded with tourists. There is no opportunity to get to know the people of San Blas and their families, as we had thought we would from the writeups. The food is the same for lunch and dinner so if you stay overnight be prepared to have only 3 choices. Overall a very expensive weekend for what we got.

Bad organisation panama san blas tours - On the island we found out that the organisation 'panama san blas' tours charged us 200 dollars more than a competitor. We spoke to more than 10 other visitors who therefore paid $ 200 less for 3 nights. We returned this to the organisation to which we received a threatening response. We felt unsafe and wanted to return to the city 1 night earlier. This was only an option after much insistence. The way back was horrible. We are with 2 young children together with 8 adults (so 4 adults in total) put in a car where normally only 6 adults are allowed to sit. When I said something about this, I again received a threatening response. The organisation wanted to leave us halfway with our two small children. We have nothing good to say about the organisation. The island was beautiful, as well as the friendly islanders. The organisation terrible and ask too much money. The accommodation is uncomfortable, bad beds, houses that leak on all sides, and it rains and blows a lot, so not desirable.
