Arusha to Tarangire

Tarangire National Park - Pick up from Arusha hotel at 8.00m then take 3 hours driver to Tarangire national park and you will have full day game drive inside this park later you will drive to Marera view lodge for dinner and overnight . Location of Tarangire national park is 115km from Arusha .and cover area square of 2800km.Wild animals drink water from Tarangire river where the name Tarangire come from. The park has major attractions which are a large number of elephants ,climbing trees pythons and baobab trees. Also you will be able to see lions, leopards and other animals

Tarangire to Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - After waking up this morning you will have full breakfast, pack your luggage in the safari jeep, then you will start to do en-route game drive to Serengeti .with your lunch inside the jeep.

On the way you will be able to view beautiful of Rift valley, view of Ngorongoro crater and you will reach Serengeti around 3.pm.

You will have an evening game drive in central Serengeti where you will be able to see the sunset, and after you will have dinner and overnight in Serengeti heritage tented lodge inside Serengeti

Major attraction in Serengeti are endless plain and great Serengeti wildebeest migration which involve 1.5 herbivores and followers, predators use to move from one area to another almost all parts of Serengeti because of drought. Our driver guide will make sure you will able to see part of wildebeest migration.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater

Serengeti National Park - You will wake 5.45 for early breakfast and see the Sun rise inside Serengeti, after you finish your breakfast you will do early morning game drive up to 11.30am then you head back to campsite for the hot lunch and pack your stuff in the jeep .

This time after finishing your hot lunch you will proceed with game drive in Serengeti while heading to Ngorongoro crater in Ngorongoro wildlife lodge for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - ou will wake up around 5.30 am for your breakfast, after breakfast you will descend to Ngorongoro crater floor where you will able to see all big five, also you will see different types of birds, black rhino available inside crater. In this day you will have your lunch inside the crater while watching nature and high concentrations of flamingos.

Later after 6 to 7 hours game drive inside crater floor you will start ascend from crater passing through campsite for packing all luggage inside the jeep ready to drive back to Arusha for overnight

Best safari experience with Meru Slopes - We had an amazing experience with Meru Slopes! From the day that we enquiry about the coming trip to the last day, Kelvin answered all our questions and arranged all the details patiently. When we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, Nickson gave us a big welcome and treated us like home! Our safari tour guide, Jacob was professional with extensive knowledge about animals habits and the nature. He tried best to get us the big 5, ugly 5 and some other animals. We even saw action time of lion, which was awesome. We also want to give credits to Sway, who guided us to have hiking experience to waterfall and coffee tour in Moshi, which was special and exciting! Last but not least, thank for every staff who provide assistance during our trip in Tanzania! We would love to recommend Meru Slope to our friends!

Perfectly guided - Ask for Kenedy as a Guide and Moshi as cook. They know their stuff and are great human beeings. The tour was amazon. Kenedy is the perfect guide, he unsterstood very quickly, what I am interrested in seeing and took me to the best spots. He was also a very open and fun person. We laughed, learned from each other and saw many animals. Moshi as a cook was very forthcoming and tried a accomodate all of the tour gruop's wishes plus his food always tasted good.

Great 4-day safari trip with all of the Big 5! - Our 4-day Lodge safari with Meru Slopes was a wonderful experience. It was planned very well with everything from the order of the parks we visited (Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) to the times we arrived at lunch spots and lodges. The lodges themselves (Farm of Dreams, Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp, and Rhino Lodge) were high-quality with good food and friendly staff. We got cooked meals that tasted great for all lunches. Compared to others that had lunchboxes this was a big and unexpected plus. Our guide Jacob was also top-class. He is super friendly and all the other guides seemed to both know him and go to him for tips on where to see animals. He managed to find all big 5 for us during the 4 days we were out and is also a very good driver! He is very knowledgeable about everything from animals, to culture and nature and is happy to answer any questions. We highly recommend both him and Meru Slopes!

Private 4 day safari Serengeti - Wildebeest Migration - Ngorongoro - We organized our private tour with Meru Slopes and from the first contacts they proved to be very helpful, professional and super quick in responding! We chose a full 4-day tour in the Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti for the wildebeest migration and Ngorongoro crater sleeping in the Ang'ata tented lodges, a perfect experience for our first safari! The tented lodges were very well looked after, surrounded by nature but with all the comforts and excellent dinner/breakfast and packed lunches provided for the safaris. Through the agency it was possible to organize the pick up at the airport and the two nights in Arusha. Our driver Florian (an expert guide for 7 years) was always kind and helpful, giving us information on the animals and managing to let us spot all the Big Five. We highly recommend Meru Slopes for the professionalism, the services provided and the accommodations chosen for the night. Super experience!!! ☺️

Best Safari & Best Guide Ever - 10/10!!! - Massive thanks to our guide Mussa for being the best guide ever. My girlfriend and I did a 3.5 day private safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro - staying in lodges/tented lodges. Everything was great and we were lucky enough to see hundreds of elephants, thousands of zebra/gazelle/wildebeest, lions, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, hippos, and many more. Mussa was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and introduced us to many that we had never heard of. He was also a great driver and taught us some words in Swahili too! Be sure to book with Meru Slopes and ask for Mussa!

Unforgettable experience - We decided to book a safari tour with Meru Slopes on the basis of a friend recommendation and we were more than satisfied with their services. Everything was very well ozganized and we did not need to worry about anything at all. Our game driver Jacob was also a pefect choice for our adventure - fun, knowledgable, experienced and helpful.
