Beyond expectations! - Edward Masaki our guide has many years of experience and it showed! Whether it was picking all the right spots, spotting birds and animals in the distance and explaining their behaviors he was excellent. He knows the roads like the back of his hand and he was great at maneuvering the challenging terrain. The Gosheni safaris are a very reliable company. It was recommended to me by a friend who traveled with them a few years ago and I will recommend it without any hesitation. All the accommodations were top notch. The itinerary was well planned to minimize travel time. Of course the safari, the scenery and the animals were magnificent!

Anniversary visit to Terengire, Serengeti and Nogorongoro crater - We chose Gosheni after a lot of homework and checking reviews and we were not disappointed! They are incredibly professional, clear in their communication and planned our required itinerary superbly. Our guide Hassan bears mention. His energy and enthusiasm kept our spirits up. He is an encyclopaedia of knowledge about all the animals and birds and additionally shared a lot of information on local culture, politics, customs, tribes and folklore. His humour kept us entertained throughout and despite it being the wet season with lower chances of seeing the animals... We saw everything! He's very enterprising and a great tracker and guide. Would also like to mention that we had a pretty serious breakdown (something to do with the steering wheel... A rod came unattached from the wheels... Can't explain more cause I'm mechanically challenged) and he fixed the whole thing himself in 30mins!

Perfect 5 day safari experience with George and GoSheni team - We are a group of 20 from China and it was a very right decision we made to choose GoSheni for the whole five day safari in Tanzania. We were picked up at Kilimanjaro airport with a very unique welcome ceremony to begin with, and all five days trip we were taken good care by our guide George. George was always helpful to let us know everything we need to and curious about, and was relentlessly to find us the best spots to capture animals on our wish list! Thank you George and the team. I’m sure some others from my group would give the same high ratings to George’s team mates, Albert, Bariki and Steve! Gosheni is highly recommended.

George is the best Guide! - The safari is unforgettable memory! George our guide is super experienced and knowledgeable. Because of his skillful driving and animal finding skills, we are able to see 20+ wild animals in very close distance. And he always locks the best location for photos! We saw lion cubs with mommy, young lions eating zebra together with mommy, big groups of elephants and lions, etc all amazing!

Excellent knowledgeable safari - We got to see Serengeti National Park & Ngorongoro Crater with SAMIR, an excellent and knowledgeable guide. The safaris would not have been the same without his keen eyesight! He was able to see a cheetah far in the distance, crouching in the tall grass. We saw the “Big 5” and more! He is so knowledgeable about animals, plants, geography, and history. We felt safe with his driving and judgement. He speaks excellent English. He always maintained a professional attitude with friendliness.

Fantastic Safari Trip in Tanzania - We have enjoyed an over-the-top safari trip in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, with the guide of Bariki. Bariki is very experienced and competent, but not at all tired or jaded. He could offer everything we want and lead us to see all kinds of animals. Starting from Peter when we were booking and getting quotes - he made us feel at ease and gave us all the information we needed to make the decision on what trip was best for us. When we arrived at Arusha there was someone waiting for us (Jesse) who was also very helpful and friendly. The day after as we started the trip and met Bariki, our guide. He is INCREDIBLE. Super knowledgeable and calm. Any question we had whether this be on landscape, culture, the animals and history he was able to answer in great detail and is genuinely passionate about what he does. Super nice guy too, with amazing driving skills that made us feel at ease and safe and informed the whole way. We cannot recommend Bariki highly enough. He was brilliant. Hot lunches with drinks were all great. All in all we had the best 5 day experience and will forever remember this beautiful country.
