Great tour and guide - Javier arrived right on time at the designated spot. We found him to be delightful! He is so knowledgeable and had so much information and stories to tell us. He adjusted the tour for my husband's abilities. I highly recommend this tour and Javier!

Interesting, fun and informative - Our tour guide was Maria, unfortunately it rained the day of our tour but Maria still made the tour very interesting and fun showing us how the history of Alicante was formed telling us about the walls originally built around the city and the different religions within Alicante.
We tried Alicante famous wine, taking a walk to mushroom street and round each square to the cathedral and basilica then to Santa Cruz, unfortunately we couldn't get the castle due to the weather but was still a great tour overall

Best walk of alicante - The guided tour is not cheap. But you get quality in return. Our guide Xavier was a certified guide and it showed. We really appreciated understanding how the history of Alicante was brought to life.

Maria is AMAZING - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Maria was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, spoke great English and fun to tour with :)
She gave us options on what we wanted to see, but made sure we saw all the key attractions from Alicante -- both from a historical point of view it was very interesting to learn from her, but also from a practical point of view she was great pointing out great restaurants, places to shop and general knowledge of getting around Alicante.
The tour was 3 hours, and at the end, she even bought us some delicious gelato.
Highly recommend booking a tour with her if you're interested in the history of Alicante and/or looking to familiarize yourself with the city!

Getting stiffed in Alicante ! - The night before the tour we were informed there would be no tour.
No suggestions for a back up, no how-do-you-do, just your tour is cancelled. I made the plans months ago. We needed to settle for less of Alicante than we hoped.
A rare one star for Viator, I would have rated it no stars but there was no option for that.
