- Bellamystraat 8 - You will learn how to make your own cheese in a food design studio in Amsterdam. You will make two types of fresh cheese, first one coagulated with rennet and then one coagulated with acid.
When finishing their acid coagulated cheese, participants are encouraged to experiment with herbs and colours.
There is then a tasting with home made cheeses and a drink to finish up.
Participants may take with them their two cheeses and the basic tools and receive recipes (via email) in order to continue experimenting with cheesemaking at home.
