A thrilling outing full of natural beauty is in store on Waiheke Island, featuring three exhilarating zipline courses above the woods, an informative trek through indigenous vegetation, and a brief exploration of the island. A quick ferry journey from Auckland brings you to Waiheke Island, a picturesque setting for a zipline escapade, boasting breathtaking vistas of the Hauraki Gulf.
- Minimum weight is 66lbs (30kg) and the maximum is 275lbs (125kg)
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Please note: 40-minute Ferry between Auckland and Waiheke Island is approximately NZ$60.00 for adults and NZ$26.00 for children aged between 5-15 years
- Please note: An additional $49.00 fee per person will be payable to EcoZip Adventures upon reschedules within 48hours of the booking.
- All attendees must purchase a ticket to undertake the experiences
- Covid-19 procedures: Group sizes have been reduced, we will require all travelers to complete our online disclosure form for contact tracing. Disposable facemasks available on request.

Highly recommended!! - We had a fantastic time on our trip. Our guides, Lucy and Daniel were brilliant. The zip lines were great fun and the bush walk back was really interesting. I would highly recommend this activity!

Fraser and Georgia rocked it! - Fraser and Georgia were engaging and fantastic! We’ve zip-lined in Hawaii and Belize, but the Waiheke Eco Zipline was the best experience we’ve had by far. Loved the incredible views, interesting post-zipping forest walk and the energy Fraser and Georgia brought to the trip. Absolutely the best!!

A Great Experience - A great experience with the bonus of wonderful views. Felt very safe with Marcus and Daniel. Really enjoyed the 30 minute walk back though the forest with explanations about the age and types of trees. A bit of confusion about the pickup in the village but we got there. Driver was very friendly although the Commentary on the ride there could have been a bit more prepared and professional

Well done! - This tour was a lot of fun. It was our first time zip lining so we weren’t sure what to expect and have nothing to compare it to but our guides were great and talked us through everything. Everything ran on time, was well organized and very safe. Best of all, we had a blast and would definitely do it again!

Fun zip lines with a hike at the end - The zip lines were fun. This should say “forest hike” not “forest walk “. Easy pick up at the ferry. Driver was willing to drop off at a different location on the way back.

A fun way to spend time on this beautiful island! - The two guides, Ella and Lucy, were upbeat and charming.
My one disappointment was that there were no photos of me actually on the zip line! There was a group photo at the beginning and one photo of getting prepared to do the first jump.

Not family at all! Please read my note! - Please be informed. They are very strict with weight even if your child is a couple of pounds off. So families that have smaller children don’t bother. They also do not offer any refunds and are rude about it. Not even a drink or souvenir. They will make you wait till the activity is over to take you back to the terminal even when are not able to do the activity.
