At your selected time, head to Icari Shahar metro station to meet your tour guide, ready for a culinary adventure
Your guide takes you to several eateries in the Old City of Baku and offers detailed information about the food served at each. Your tour begins by tasting qutab, a local Azerbaijani dish made from from thinly rolled dough. Pastry dishes in Azerbaijan are considered source of pride. After this snack, make your way to a restaurants decorated in the national style. Choose what you want to eat for entree, perhaps according to recommendations by the local guide. You can also order additional dishes to try, alongside alcoholic drinks (own expense).
While dining, tour guide offers cooking tips and insights about local food traditions. The adventure is not complete without a visit to the boulevard for tea drinking and tasting some traditional Azerbaijani cuisine.
