Everything was above and beyond phenomenal! - Absolutely loved my horse Chase! All the horses were beautiful and well behaved. There’s nothing I would change about my trip as staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were no issues at all. I love every bit of it. Thank you to everyone on the team for the incredible ride. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for his birthday ride! ❤️❤️❤️

Book it book it book it! - This was a perfect 1 hr ride with excellent trained staff. You could tell that they all deeply care for all 300 horses. The ride itself was greatly organised. My wife had Chase and I had Quarry. Holly was giving us fun facts as we were riding through the trail. We've already decided that when we come back we're gonna do a longer ride with them.

Sunday Morning Horseback Trail - Lola was our guide lead for the tour and she was fantastic to have ridden with. The tour was so informational, and the views were unbeatable. All of the horses seemed so calm and confident regardless of their rider's skill level. I had the pleasure of riding with Sly and he was so sweet and made me feel so safe with him. If I have the fortune of visiting Banff again I would definitely book the 2 or 3 hour ride to see more of the park and spend more time with the dudes.

Beautiful horses. The one hour ride was great. Awesome views the whole hour. Herb, my horse was fantastic. - What a fantastic way to experience the beautiful views along the Bow River. Check in was easy and there was ongoing communication leading up to the tour. Check in was efficient being fitted out with the helmet and then a safety and riding instructional session with our guide. We were then matched up with our horse for the tour. I had lovely Herb. The horses are all beautiful and were all great for beginners. The ride itself was at a good pace for you to experience the gorgeous views. Herb did a fantastic job!! The whole experience was fantastic, however as some others have commented in their reviews, the commentary from the guide at the front cannot be heard if you’re in a big group and you are placed at the back end of the group. My horse was fifth from the back and I could not hear much of the commentary throughout the tour. Perhaps if the rear guide could perhaps fill in for the latter group in the procession.
