Wonderful day trip to the Lakeside Great Wall - We had an amazing day trip to the Huanghuacheng section of the Great Wall with Benny’s Guide and Driver service! The trip was about 9 hours in total, with about 4 hours of driving from downtown Beijing and back. Our driver and guide was full of illuminating anecdotes and stories about both modern and ancient life in China. This section of the wall is highly recommended because it is less popular and therefore less crowded than many other section. For a small surcharge, a stop at the Yinshan pagoda forest and/or one of the Ming tombs is possible and makes logistical sense during the trip. We saw both and were very happy we made the extra stops.

Perfect afternoon at the Great Wall - Had a great trip to the Huanghuacheng Lakeside Great Wall Tourist Area with Benny as my driver for the afternoon. Benny was on time, a careful driver, and very keen to ensure my visit was the best it could be. Wild section of the wall was closed but the main tourist area was open, quiet, and beautiful to walk around.

A wonderful hike on the Great Wall! - I enjoyed seeing this unrestored section of the Great Wall for a more authentic experience. This section wasn't crowded at all. The views from up there were breathtaking! Our guide was bilingual and explained some of the history behind this section and was punctual and friendly.

A Hike to Remember - My driver and guide was Benny! He speaks English and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. If there were any concerns, he would respond with full detail. I was picked up at my hostel on time and we were on our way! Benny is a very safe driver! The hike to the lakeside was more advanced as it is the unrestored section. This was preferred over the more busy restored touristy sections. Benny provided a phone so that I can stay connected as I did my solo hike. I am completely satisfied and always felt safe with Benny as my driver and guide. I highly recommend Benny! Do not forget to wear the correct footwear, wear the right clothes, and bring water and snacks! This was a very memorable experience! Thanks Benny!

Great Wall and Sightseeing around Beijing - Benny was a fantastic guide. I arranged for Benny to collect myself and a colleague from the airport directly as we only had a short time in Beijing. I’ve visited the Great Wall before but my colleague wanted the chance to visit. Benny was extremely helpful and polite. He took us to a different part of the Great Wall which I haven’t visited before. It was amazing with lake views and far less busy and crowded. It was a very authentic experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone. Benny then let us choose our own schedule and we visited the forbidden city before having Peking duck for dinner. Benny kindly lent me a spare phone so we could go and explore by ourselves for a short while. We then sent him our location for pick up. At the end of the day Benny dropped us off at our hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable day made possible by Benny’s extremely friendly and flexible approach. I also thought it was very good good value for money considering Benny’s great knowledge of Beijing.

Fantastic service and experience - Benny was our driver for this trip. We asked him to pick us up at Hotel at 08h00 and he arrived at 07h55. We had a few pleasant conversations in English and he took us to this beautiful part of the Great Wall of China. (Huanghuacheng Lakeside). Not an overcrowded spot with too many tourists which suited us fine. 6 hours later we were back at the hotel after having a fantastic day out. I would recommend Benny any time, great service!
