Wonderful tour and great stories - This tour was fantastic. Pradeep, our guide, provided detailed information on each of the sites we visited including relating historical information to current events in a way that brought context to this lively city. Additionally, as a first time visitor to Bengaluru, this tour enabled me to quickly acclimate to my surroundings and made the city very accessible. I recommend this tour for all who have interest in learning about this amazing city.

Amazing guide, lovely city, green spaces - Deema was absolutely incredible guide across Bangalore and exceptionally patient with my dozens of questions as we traversed the city. However, the tour with Praveen was head and shoulders above the others. His enthusiasm and passion to make certain his guests have a full understanding of his city is one of the things that made all the difference. He made the city come alive. We talked about what I had seen on my past visits in order to ensure that our time would be well spent. He was determined to show me the aspects of Bangalore that I had not seen before, and the combination of the depth of his historical knowledge with the quality of his narrative and his personal kindness made for an unparalleled experience. It was very, very hot when I visited in April, and I made the mistake of booking this tour to begin a few hours after I got off the plane. As a result, a combination of exhaustion and the heat got to me. Praveen knew something was wrong moments before I did, and after giving me immediate assistance he took me back to my hotel. It could have ended there, but he arranged for me to enjoy the balance of the tour on another day. I am telling you this to explain that Praveen truly cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. A must do experience! - We took our tour with Praveen and had the most amazing time! Praveen’s passion for Bangalore was evident through every step of the tour. His narrative combined with the gorgeous sites and scenery helped encapsulate Bangalore’s impressive development through the centuries. Not only did I appreciate his stories about the city, but his overall mindset on life was beautiful. I feel so grateful to have been able to take this trip and to have made this connection. Praveen and the many people we were able to interact with throughout the trip are also some of Bengalore’s “Hidden Gems”.

Super day in Bengaluru - I had a fantastic day with Praveen in Bengaluru. He is extremely well informed about all of the sights and places of interest. I learnt a great deal about the history of India. As I was on my own, I really appreciated all of the photos he took. Overall a highly recommended tour and memorable experience.

The best way to see Bangalore in a day - We had an incredible time with Praveen on this tour! My sister and I took this tour as we were worried about missing important sights on our own. Praveen is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. His love of the city shone through the whole time on this trip. We learned so much about the history and culture of the city. Praveen showed us some tourist highlights, as well as some more “hidden gems” that we never would have found on our own. Praveen was very interactive and encouraged questions, as well as highlighted things we were interested in. Our experience in Bangalore has been greatly enriched by this tour.

Great trip! - Our guide, Pradeep, was very knowledgeable. Has been doing it for 37 years. Praveen, the tour owner, is very helpful. Very detail oriented. Highlights were having idli steamed in palm leaves, silk cocoon auction place along with the other tourist spots. Worth it!

A Great Introduction to Bangalore - I was in Bangalore on a business trip and arrived a day early, so I was looking to book a tour to give me an introduction to the city's history and see a few of the key sites. Our guide Praveen was a wealth of knowledge and led us on a fantastically designed tour that gave us the opportunity to see interesting sites and see the story of Bangalore as it developed into a modern metropolis. Attending this tour helped me understand some of the context of what I saw the rest of my week in Bangalore and even share a little with my colleagues, even little things like understanding how roads and neighborhoods got their names helped me understand how the city works. Lastly, Praveen did a great job taking and sharing pictures -- as someone who often forgets to take pictures of himself, my friends and family back home really appreciated seeing pictures that actually included me!

Totally worth it!!! - I was hesitating to take the tour since it seemed a bit pricey when one knows local prices in Bangalore, however, I decided to give it a go and avoid the hassle of doing it on my own. It was so worth it! I cannot recommend it enough! I got Pradeep as Guide for the tour, he was not only knowledgeable but also funny, kind and helpful. I got to know a lot of the history of Bangalore, got a very nice lunch and he really helped me to get on time where I needed to be after the tour. I only wish now to be able to come back to India and get other tours with Praveen/Pradeep, since now I know they run many other itineraries!
