Enjoyable for first visit - Stops were great breaks for sightseeing & good commentary. Got to see important and known sights on first day.

Would recommend - Overall the experience was great but the weather was cold. We came from Florida so it was chilly for us. Bus was always on time, we never waited and we only had one speaker that did not work on one of the buses in the front. Well worth the money we spent over 6 hrs in LA

Worst experience - Been all over the world but this is by far the worst bus tour I have been on. Three annoying commentators, who didn't really say anything of significance, waited over 1hour 20 mins for a return bus from Venice beach. What a total waste of time and money

Avoid this bus tour!! - This is a terrible bus tour. I would avoid at all costs. There are very little actual number of buses driving the route. The buses do not leave on time in the morning at the first stop (traffic not the issue at this time of day). No real time bus times for blue route. Bus stops are not clearly marked. It is nearly impossible to get off at one stop and walk to the next, as impossible to decipher from the online picture where the actual stop is. Huge delays in getting off from red bus to get on blue bus. Realistically can only get off at one stop if you do not want to miss the last bus. Some staff members were rude, particularly lady driver. There are other bus tours within the city, which seem to have a lot more buses actually driving the route, with clearly marked stops

Not even - To be carefully avoided, wait under the sun for hours. There is no number to contact and no one to warn you of possible problems.

missing informations - I can not find the route of the tours on your hompage wha is really very bad. Could you improve this. It is important to know were you starts and were are the stops.

Save your money! - This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. If Google didn't force me to give one start I would not have. We tried to go on a tour last week and ran into a whole variety of problems causing us to request a refund at 3pm and throwing in the towel. I have been told everything from we were lying to a manager would reach out but have yet to have any resolution. All I want is my refund that we were told we would receive so we can be done. I have been messaging on the app for over a week and have yet to hear from a manager to resolve this so unfortunately this has became my last resort.

worst hop on hop off bus I've ever used - This is the worst hop on hop off company ever! This is second time we've used this them other being las vegas where they were equally as bad. We did only try them as they were free as part of our Go City passes but the experience makes being free not even worth it. The driver (Asian) and one of the reps on LA were so rude and unhelpful. The map tells you barely anything about what you will see at different drop off points so its not possible to plan where to get off. I looked at the map of a rival company and it was far more informative, with more stops and information so I heavily recommend you use them
