Additional Information

The Krka National Park, extending over 75 kilometres, is home to Europe’s most extensive network of travertine waterfalls, found along the Krka River. The park’s most considerable waterfall, Skradinski buk, rises to 46 meters and comprises 6 cataracts where the river’s most powerful flow can be witnessed during the spring and fall seasons.

Delight in the park’s abundant walking trails set amidst rich and revitalizing greenery, and traverse its wooden bridges that run parallel to the river and its cascades. The park also features an indigenous ethno-village showcasing refurbished age-old mills and a house displaying ancestral occupations. From here, our tour takes us to Šibenik, a city adorned with Romanesque, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture and home to the magnificent cathedral of Saint Jacob, crafted by Juraj Dalmatinac, a UNESCO World Heritage Monument.

BREATHTAKING'!!!! Simple as that. - The old town of Sibenik was somewhere we wished to visit after watching below deck programmes, with all the super yachts. None in on our visit that we saw but a charming old town to visit and worth the addition to the trip. Krka national park itself is an absolutely amazing, spectacular place. The waterfalls are truly breath-taking. The organised tour went without a hitch and is highly recommended. Perfect place for one to ask their partner to marry them, one they would never forget, no i didn't lol but the views and surroundings were very fitting for those that wish to surprise that loved one.

Disappointing - A wild and Mediterranean landscape. A very nice place but poor organization. No signs, too long a distance if you want to enjoy all the places even if they can't do anything about it, completely wrong directions and a far too expensive price! 40 € for the day, and once in the park you still have to pay for options. Do not pay 6€ for the cave, a huge scam. The landscape is very pretty but for a tourist the bill is much too high to enjoy it. Finally, swimming is allowed in certain places.
