One of my most abundant food tour I have ever been - I never thought I could eat so much on a food tour, not to mention our guide Benedetta who was absolutely wonderful and also told us a lot of details about Bolognese cuisine. But where else to eat so much and so well if not in Bologna?

A great intro into Bologna’s food - This is a perfect Bologna tour. You get to taste many of the local flavors while visiting a variety of locations. Isadora was a wonderful host and I liked that our group was small and intimate. I would definitely book more tours with Devour Tours.

Amazing food and excllent guided tour "Bologna la Grassa"! - The tour was worth every bite, we started with coffe and a local pastry in a tipical coffe place, then we moved to the market for all sort of tastes (parmigiano, mortadella, pasta an more) and we finished with delicious tagliatella al ragu. Benedetta, our guide, was excellent and shared tons of stories about Bologna and its gastronomy, the food was simply unforgettable. Thanks Devour!!

Great tour to learn about the food and culture - Our tour guide was Isadora. She met us at the designated plaza right on time. The tour was everything we looked for when we booked it. She took us to have a typical Italian breakfast - espresso and a little rice pudding cake. She then took us through the market. We stopped at multiple stalls to learn about the famous products (parmigiano reggiano, balsamic vinegar) and the various pasta, how they are made, etc. And of course, we were tasting and eating all along the way. Isadora was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the culture, history, etc. We ended the tour at a tavern that interestingly only served drinks. Customers bring their own food. Isadora was prepared and brought out all the cured meats, cheese, and we had a great time chatting and learning all about the history of such taverns. Overall it was a fantastic, educational, and tasty tour! Thank you Isadora!
