A lot of history - Beautiful synagogue offers a lot of history to never forget. It was sad to see how many people lost their lives. We are glad that there are places that have kept their memory alive. It was a moving visit and experience to visit this place.

Couldn't ask for a better tour guide. - This is a very good tour we did while in Budapest. We meet our tour guide outside, who was amazing. He told us so much about the synagogue and also add personal stories of his family. He told us about liberty square also which we made sure we stopped by based on his suggestion.

Private Tour with Milan in a small group - We've got a private tour guide and he teached us a lot about the synagogue and the history of the jewish people in Budapest. It was so interesting and we could ask questions whenever we didn't understand anything. The building is one of the most beautiful interiors I've ever seen!

Beautiful experience in the Great Synsgogue - Tour to be strictly recommended with guide. Ours was very knowledgeable about both Hungarian history and that of the Jews in Hungary. The large synagogue is beautiful and the small one at the end of the cemetery/memorial is also very significant. To conclude, the museum represents a worthy conclusion to the magnificent visit

Must see - The Great Synagog is a gorgeous building, full of history. Definitely worth the visit even though you are not of Jewish confession. A guide is here to provide more informations but I regret the large group, I couldn't hear all the explanations.
