Fun, well organized, excellent service - Valentina is super nice and willing to support and provide you with information, all the activities were very well organized and I had a lot of fun.

Commercial visit - Mambo is much prettier, I'm very happy about that and it's super cool that they are already doing the second floor, you can see the growth, I was able to take some very nice photos for my catalog, I thank you and the service is always exceptional, in reservations Aisa is a super diligent girl keep having staff like her.

Opinion and rating - Very good and nice experience, the stay, the lunch and above all the guide Valentina is wonderful. Completely recommended.

Time - The time was not what was agreed upon and we returned early, for the rest it was fine, Valentina treated us very well and the trip was dynamic

Quiet beach Cartagena - The timing could be improved for the boat ride to a quiet beach since we had to wait around 15 minutes.

Experience in Baru - The view is spectacular, you can take beautiful postcards, the bad thing is the prices and the vendors who look like piranhas (they pass by every 2 seconds and don't let you rest) another negative point is that there are a lot of boats and boats (no shelter) (horrible bathrooms)

Scammed - The beach and the facilities in the photographs are from many years ago, the beach chairs were in terrible condition, the supposed club had parts without a roof (it had fallen) the beach is full of large rocks not visible from the shore, too many Street vendors entered to offer products inside the supposed club. Terrible customer service, the food was disgusting.

Asiana Airlines service is the worst - I used this airline for a round trip from Osaka to Korea on a trip to Korea. I had mainly used Japanese airlines such as ANA, JAL, and Peach, so this was my first time using a Korean airline. The flight attendants were walking around the airport touching their smartphones, and when I asked where the lounge was, they just pointed without saying a word. The ground staff were pushing carts while facing away (I bumped into their feet hard but didn't apologize), and although there were announcements in English and Japanese in addition to the Korean announcements on the plane, the accent was so bad that I couldn't understand what they were saying at all (I wonder what they would do in an emergency). It may be rude to say this, but there are many stupid and low-quality staff, so if you expect the same level of service and quality of staff as ANA or JAL, you will be greatly disappointed.
